I love this Old Navy!! This is my new go-to Old Navy.. Always organized, clean, and never have needed to wait more than 5 minutes in line like I do at South Bay in Dorchester. And if you're lucky.. you might just get a spot in front of the door.. but no worries there's a parking lot right behind the store. read more

Better than the old Hingham location, but still not great. Typical Old Navy stuff. Not much in the way of women's selection. I was actually surprised how quickly it took me to browse through the selection--not much there. The kids section in back seemed large, but having no need for such things I didn't browse the section. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

This location is huge, but their stock selection is so limited - what a waste of all the space they have. I can't believe I'm about to type this but...go into south bay and visit that location instead. read more

LOVE THIS OLD NAVY! This has to be the best Old Navy Ever! I totally scored a hoodie here that has earphones built in the drawstrings of the hood of the hoodie for $4.00 last week!!! This place totally rocks. I also saw a sweatsuit I bought at another Old Navy here a week before for half the price..I was not happy. I'm totally going here for now own. This is the best one. We came here for their amazing 5-hour pre-holiday sale and I got 75% off adult regular priced sweaters! The other fantastic thing is that it was not too busy and the lines flew. I agree with the previous review about how organized this Old Navy is. The salespeople are also pretty friendly too! I am still amazed about the great prices that Old Navy has. My review is based on Parking..If you have any type of trouble walking You should know the parking is in the rear of store and it is quite a walk to the front..Not good for Handicap...Shame on Hingham and old Navy for not thinking about that. There should be an entrance at the parking lot end just like BBB have....Or the only close 3 parking spaces in front should have been all Handicapped... read more

Juuuust curious when the sales associates became too good to help you get another size.. I was in the fitting room and popped my head out to ask for a different size and the woman folding clothes said "Sure. Go ahead. Just close your door." So I had to grab my coat, purse, phone, and walk across the store in pants that were too small to get a different size. That's your job lady! What if I had kids with me? read more

So many issues couldn't say we're to start so I guess I will go with my most recent and 3rd strike with old navy hingham which is leading me to just not do business at all with this company anymore . So I didn't have my receipt but the cloths still had tags on and old navy says no problem the person told me I can look for more items that could be credited that day or I could wait for a merchandise credit check by MAIL yes I said MAIL I was like well that's silly you can't just give me a merchandise credit at the store they said no so then I ASKED can I use the mail order merchandise credit online for old navy the boy told me yes so I figured I would do that because why toucher my five year old more with having to re look around the store. So I searchers for deal all week picked out stuff online waited around for the check it came I was all set well I thought I was BUT I wasn't cause right on the check it says cannot be used for online orders R U freaking kidding me this is why I asked the kid at the store now I have to go back to the damn store cause ovisly they Have no clues about there own store policy's . Not only am I mad my 5 year old says he mad too cause he hates shopping and wished it would have been finished the first time we were there. This was old navy's 3rd strike in my book I'm so over them there's always some scam or issue when dealing with them and I had a huge order over 500.00 I was gonna be placing with them to for a vacation I am taking so sad for there company they are losing out. read more
