I came here to do some holiday shopping and was greeted so warmly by the staff. My mom was looking for a specific vest and hat that she found online and they ended up having both! The sales associate helped us locate both items, as well as show us a selection of comparable items in case we wanted some more inspiration. We were in and out and got everything we needed. Stopped in and was welcomed as I went directly to the counter for a return of an item too large for me. The Carhartt brand is solid and a great value seeing it will probably last a long time! I was welcomed first by Ben and then Franlin who assisted with the return. I had a zipper issue too with another second coat. It felt like it was catching. I didn't want to take the tags off because I didn't want to be stuck with "a coat with issues". Ben expressed to me that the zipper needs working in and really looked at it (inspected it) and he assured me that is the way some Carhartt zippers are. Rugged, and durable. He zip zip zipped it and applied an in house remedy. He assured me it was normal and not going to fail if I started to use the coat. I have used Carhartt jackets and coats before, but they were my brothers and had well worn in zippers. I got a credit for the coat that was too big and left feeling safe with my new jacket. It wasn't a reject! Yay! Awsome! Wow! I was so impressed. What business or store does that for you anymore? It was old school great customer service. I'll be back. Today (3/12/25) first time in this store....but it will not be the last! I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady who I believe is an assistant to Ben the "store leader." When I explained the reason for my visit (which I considered a problem), she immediately brought Ben into the conversation and between the two of them went into action and within a matter of 15 minutes had the answers I needed regarding an order I placed online with Carhartt. I went into Carhartt to purchase the items I ordered online and then could cancel the online order. However, the size needed can only be purchased thru an online order. I could have been sent on my way with instructions on how to resolve "my problem" with Carhartt but instead Ben took it on and got me a new order with a 3/14/25 delivery date! Something I couldn't do. Will definitely visit Carhartt-Legacy Place in the near future thanks to their customer service! read more

Upscale heavy duty clothing here, Carhartt is the sort of stuff you'll wear if you're spending significant time outside and are looking to stay comfortable, dry and as clean as you can. Especially so if you're willing to spend money for quality. I took a good look through the store and was especially impressed by a water resistant thick hoodie that would have been really helpful a couple of months ago. Not so much now that spring is returning to New England. I'll definitely give it a consider as we move into next year's cold season. Boots, coats, work trousers, tshirts, coveralls. Ok this review should be filtered. I am a grizzled old guy. Used to buying carhartt at work clothing department stores. Would even give ya a tractor supply store. But this place was hipster superior. Which is all good if you are a hipster. I am not. So was stunned. Stunned I tell you at the prices. Now they have all the stuff that I used to wear on the oil rig (past profession). But way overpriced. The store was clean and tidy. Workers seemed nice and the clothing quality being carhartt is top notch. But will go to a regular store in an oil rig type of town. Dedham is nice and definitely not snotty but it is not an oil rig town. Damn u hipsters. Or hipstahs as they call you in baston. Move the store to lafeyette Louisiana. read more

One of the best customer service I've ever received in a retail store. Every single employee there greeted me genuinely and made sure I was taken care of. They made sure I knew where the clearance items were and any discounts I could take advantage of. And since I'm a nurse and a business owner I qualified for a discount! Too bad I couldn't stack them but it's okay. Very very kind people that work there. No BS. I would go there instead of shopping online. There were a handful of people that were in there with me and they treated everyone that walked in there the same. It's great to see that now a days. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. This store and its salespeople were so good that even though I wasn't planning on buying anything, I picked up a pair of pants. So, there was this guy in there complaining about how this company's stuff made in the U.S. lasts 3 - 4 years but the stuff from Guatemala lasts just 6 months. And somehow he thought the sales associate he was dealing with was going to do what? Whip out a sewing machine and hand-tailor him some pants and a jacket? I give the sales associate a lot of credit for not just blowing up at this guy. It wasn't like it was a passing comment. The guy literally was standing by the front counter area and berating the sales associate. Kudos to the sales associate for staying cool. As for the merchandise, wow, what a selection. And it wasn't just a great selection for guys, their women's jackets are fantastic and my friend ended up buying one which looked amazing when she tried it on in the store. Also, the kids overalls are adorable. One thing I can see happening is that a lot of younger people (e.g. high school and college students) are going to start wearing their stuff as a fashion statement. We've come a few times since this is one of the few flagship stores in the area. We are always greeted and treated with such kindness and respect every time we come in. Staff offers to order things online if they're out of stock. Tonight we had some coupon questions and the customer service we received was awesome. My 400th Review and I couldn't think of a better experience to share! I'm absolutely blown away by the service here. I came in to get a few things for my brothers and Dad who love all things Carhartt. Usually, I pop in, grab a gift card and bolt but I was in late afternoon, it was empty and I thought I'd browse a little. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 employees folding clothes, I started browsing and they could tell I needed some assistance so there offered it. Very knowledgeable and courteous. After looking at some jackets, I thought, maybe I'll get one for myself! I asked them that I'm looking for a good winter coat to shovel, sled, etc. he lead me over to a few and when I found the one I liked in the size that fit, BUT not in the color I wanted, they sprung into action to locate it. They looked all around the store, tried to order it online but when it was clear that they couldn't get it online, they started calling other retail locations! They tracked it down in Connecticut and I was just blown away by their patience and and tenacity. I will most certainly be back! read more

I noticed the closing time on google say 7pm. I called just to confirm and I was told the store closes @ 8pm. I arrived at the store @ 7:14pm to be told that the store was closed.
