What an amazingly positive experience. I was happy with the selection and pricing when shopping,…read morebut what was truly amazing was after the purchase. I had bought a suit coat and pants for a wedding. I went to the wedding in the suit and realized upon getting home that I had sat on something that had caught and created rips in the seat of the pants. (Don't ask how I did not know what I had done when I did it, but yes, the wedding party was great FUN.) I took them back to see if they could be fixed. Nothing could be done. Knowing that this was my fault, they gave me another set of the pants. Seriously??? In this day and age??? It is really nice to feel like you are dealing with real people going the extra mile to be kind. Thank you.

In searching for someone who sold Tommy Hilfiger suits and could help, Milton's came up as one of the results. Taking a chance, I called the Chestnut Hill location and talked to Joe, who was filling in at the location. Let me tell you, for someone who is in full panic mode to talk to someone as knowledgeable, calm and willing to help was a God send. Joe took the time to listen to what I needed. He helped me with finding something that would work for the groomsmen and went above and beyond to make getting them shipped to me easy. I also spoke with Tim, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Today, retailers of any size seem to be so focused on the amount of the sale to increase profit, they forget about what the customer actual needs. Milton's is not like that in my experience. They helped a guy from over 1100 miles away that is only going to spend $300 dollars like he was the most important customer. Thank you Joe and Tim, I appreciate more than you.

We've lived in Newton for quite some time and needed to purchase a suit for our wedding also taking place in Newton. We thought it would be nice to purchase a suit for the groom right in our neighborhood. We had discussed going to Moshers for quite some time and decided to get the ball rolling last weekend. We were hoping to find something we liked, get information about timeline and then come back in a few weeks for measurements as we weren't *quite* ready yet It was very hard, nearly impossible, to get any of our questions answered. It felt as if they weren't going to make the sale right then and there then they couldn't be bothered really speaking with us. It was very odd and off putting. During our visit, the owner asked us "are you wealthy" -- which was incredibly weird and felt as if he was looking down on us. I've been reflecting on the whole experience for about a week and really don't want anyone else to feel the way we felt during our attempt to make a purchase with Moshers :(
