There was little hints in each aisle, though the selection wasn't that good, at least I didn't find it to be on my visit. Overall, I wasn't too impressed by the selection here for a Runway store but I fear I am very spoiled by the Newton location. Men's section is incredibly limited, as well. Seemed not too different from any regular TJMaxx store & found that the HomeGoods next door had more goodies.

Though we didn't, the store was organized overall, they don't have much for men's section compared to other locations but it apparently was a runway store. They have a bit of selection for designer goods, ie. Handbags, belts, wallets, accessories. Mainly Gucci i saw and some Valentino (not sure which one) Parking was easy, in a big lot like most of their locations. I think the Newton legacy store has a ton more designer options if that's your liking, and just a bigger store. Overall though good hunting experience since we've never been to this location.

Today, I visited the Lane Bryant store in Braintree, Massachusetts, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. There were two employees behind the register, one of whom appeared to be a manager. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, despite the fact that I--and at one point another customer--were the only people in the store. I stood in line for a noticeable amount of time while the manager continued working on something else rather than assisting me. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a simple statement such as "someone will be with you shortly." The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and came across as both disrespectful and dismissive. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I would LOVE to give Lane 5 stars, I just dont love shelling out a rather large portion every time I go, considering to me this is the ONLY spot to buy Big Girl Fashion I am forced to go here ( I wont do any of the fake, Cheesy Plus size Bullshit that other stores sell ie. Dots, Tellos, Rainbow - thats all CRAP!) I Love Lane and their styles are always Perfectly Up to date & Very Fashionable, I just want more Clearance and this store has TONS of it, its just soo much that I cant seem to dig through without it all falling on the floor... This is about the best organized Dollar Tree location I've seen so far…read more I primarily shopped the cosmetic aisle when I was here which is a very tricky aisle for a store to keep organized and well faced. Well, this location nailed it. All of the various shades of a certain product were all hung on one peg. And by that I mean one peg for each shade unless there was a lot of one thing, then I did see two facings of the same item. There was a pretty good variety of shades and a lot of them were ones that I use. I ended up buying about 6 items this time around. I had been in this store several times before today and I figured where the store has kept things so nice over the at least 8 to 10 years that they have been open that it was time to give this location some acknowledgement for the hard work that they appear to be doing here. I only wish I lived closer to this location so that it could be the location that I primarily go to. It is a little more distance than I'd like for me to get there but when I happen to be in that area I always make it a point to stop here and get any items that I think I will be needing for a while and I do stock up. Also when I was in there this afternoon nothing was dusty. I can tell that this location sends the workers around with dusters to wipe off the products that they are selling. There were about 5 people in each line when I arrived to the front end to pay for my stuff, and two cashiers on duty, and the line moved a lot faster than I had anticipated so I am also very pleased with the speed of service. I will be frequenting this location for many years to come.

I had my receipt and the item was in its original packaging not damaged at all except for being defective! I originally paid cash so She gave me $10 cash back she threw in a penny to make it $10.... I got my receipt and proceeded to get a replacement and found one similar for $9.99. I looked at my receipt and just realized she did not give me my tax money back. So, I asked two male employees to look at my receipt and agreed that I should have got my tax money, The Story gets interesting now! I saw some groceries, linens, a limited amount of clothing, some beauty products, seeds and other products for the garden, over the counter medications and lots of household cleaning products.
