My goal was an item that was on sale according to the Target app. I managed to locate the proper section in the store, but said item was MIA. Not even an empty spot with a sale tag forlornly showing how they were sold out. Fortunately I was able to make due with an updated version of the same, same brand I was looking for, but just for a little more money. I picked it up and went on my way. The store seemed good sized with a garage and a parking lot out front where Tesla electric car stations lined one side. Good size Target not far from Route 24 in Stoughton. I went to check on some men grooming tools (shaver, clippers, etc) and the selection they had was really good. I like to shop for things like these at Target since they usually have better selection and brands than Walmart or other discount store. The store was very well kept and vey clean when I visited. Apparently there was a t-shirt in the clearance section that the store didn't sell but the manager Jen wanted to just look up a random Sanrio sweater and charge me full price for it. I told her I wouldn't pay full price (a sweater price is like $30) for the shirt and she just took the item and left. I found a shirt similar to it that target actually sold same color way and an actual Sanrio t-shirt so it made more sense to charge me that (shirt prices are like $12-$15) and it was on clearance for $9.50. I walked up to her and showed her and said I found a t-shirt with similar details and it was on clearance since I found it on the clearance rack... she really said to me she couldn't just charge me for a random clearance shirt (mind you she was about to charge me for a random sweater that was in a totally different garment category.) I said it was still a Sanrio shirt and they didn't even sell this shirt in store but I was still willing to meet them in the middle and purchase it I just wasn't going to pay the price of a sweater for a shirt. She looked me dead in the eye and was like "yeah can't do it and I already damaged it so can't sell it" and proceeded to make her way... so yeah Jen was displaying very challenging interpersonal skills if I do say so myself. Went to this Target location on 7/24/24 when a big argument broke out between some customers at the self checkout at 5pm... instead of security coming to break up the fight, a poor girl working the self checkout tried to break it up on her own while security just stood around and no mangers where in sight. read more

One star for the staff name start with Sa*** who has a distinguished voice caused by a short tongue syndrome. She should never have been placed in the store front Guest Service. Her attitude towards customers is horrible. She's useless at her job and unwillingness to help customers to resolve their issues. - December 27, 2018, Target.com had a good deal on household supplies for order-online-pick-up-in-store of 3 select items receive $10 gift card. I made an order of 3x packages of Scott toilet paper. The same product with quantity of 3 and expected to get back $10. - Jan 1, 2019, they fulfilled 2 items in my order, and hang the remaining 1 item of the same kind with the $10 gift card unfulfilled. - Jan 10, 2019, I started feeling something off. So, I called Target.com. They told me to contact the store Guest Service at Stoughton MA as this is in store pickup order. The same day, I got a text said that my order is ready for pickup at Stoughton. - Jan 11, 2019, waiting in line for a while at Target Stoughton Guest Service for my turn to come forward, I handed the woman my ID, she couldn't find my name on her hand device. So, I handed her the text I received yesterday with my order number. She then told me I already picked up my order. I said "yes, I picked up 2 out of 3 items and I still have 1 more to pick up". She said "the item wasn't here". I asked "I made this order in December, when should I expect the last item?" I felt that she got frustrated and starting to raise her voice. "I don't know" she replied. "Then why I got a text message yesterday telling me to come to pick up" I continued. "I don't know. You should call the Customer Service" she repeated. I said "I called them yesterday and they told me to come here to talk to the store Guest Service to resolve the issue." Now she heard that I already called the Customer Service. She really yelled at me "I don't know M'AM. You have nothing here M'AM......your order is not here M'AM" With that kind of answer from a customer service I know they are not willing to do anything else besides relentlessly saying that "they don't know." So, I said "OK" and left the store empty handed when I saw her shifted her head looking at the next customer in line. That is my story from a disappointed customer after trying to stock on 90 rolls of toilet paper for a $10 gift card and had to deal with a disrespectful Customer Service staff. I ended up paid for 60 rolls of toilet paper at the full price, NO $10 deal and got aggravated by the rude and useless guest service woman at this Target Stoughton. I will stop shopping here even though it's right by my house. I had enough incidents with staffs here. First incident when a staff repeatedly refused to do a price match to Target.com at the checkout where it's clearly stated in their policy. Second incident when I used my phone for both the Target in-app coupon and Target wallet/cartwheel. After asking her to scan the coupon in the app on my phone, she refused to scan my phone for the second time for in-app wallet pay. Three unhappy incidents happened here with the same group of people made me think either these people slept through their job training sessions, or I had been discriminated due to my race. read more

Target sucks. I tried to purchase two dumbbells online for pick up at this store. They were available when I made the purchase and then not 2 minutes after the order was placed, Target canceled the order of one but charged me for the other. One dumbbell is useless to me and was not what I purchased. I then canceled my order (which wasn't met in the first place) and Target then did not refund me my money. They issued me a gift card! This is complete BS. Target failed to fulfill my order but still took my money. It's a terrible business practice...I will go out of my way to shop anywhere else in the future....Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, you name it. read more

I think I enjoy this store solely because of the entrance. They have this weird Escalator/ shopping cart thing that makes you want to leave with a shopping chart to push it on it's own ramp. Like many targets you leave with a cart full of things you did not go to the store for. read more

I really adore this Target. There is never a line and it's not a hectic as the one at mall in Braintree. I usually hit up Starbucks first and get a latte for shopping fuel. They have alot of good mark downs on end caps. Keep an eye out. Another bonus to this Target is that it has a parking garage and a cool escalator for your shopping carts. I want to give a shout out to the CVS at the Target in Stoughton, MA. I have a 15 yr old diabetic cat that needs insulin. I have never had to give a needle to anyone or anything before. Nick the pharmicist talked to me about a "lampus pen" which I can use with ease. Melissa is also great too! They know who I am when I come in for a refill and always asks how things are going with the cat. Thanks guys!! read more

Designed to withstand tidal waves of crowds while giving the illusion that one is the only in the store. A neat trick, not sure how they manage - disruption of the fabric of time-space? Is it some sort of TARDIS variant? A perfection of the 1990s version of future virtual realities? +1 Bonus for carriage/car escalators. A great time sink. I love Target. Any Target. This is my mantra when I pull into the Target parking lot, "You are only here to get dog food and pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, you are strong, you can avoid the shoes and books and music." But as I come over the crest (riding the elevator up to the store), I forget my strength and often hit the pharmacy last (with about 5-10 other items in hand). Dang you Target for sucking me in like that. Anyway, I digress, this review is for the pharmacy. Despite the hit my wallet takes when I come in here, it's not due to the pharmacy prices. $4 generics?! YES. Super friendly, helpful and FAST pharmacy staff keep me coming back. And the fact that not only are they willing, but they always offer to ring in my other purchases. Bonus, you can hit Starbucks on the way out. read more

I can't believe I'm giving a "Target" of all places 5-stars, but this Target just blows away all other Targets I've been to (especially it's next nearest one, the gawd awful on in Braintree) Covered parking is a HUGE benefit at this Target. It's great during both inclement weather, when you don't want to worry about running your cart through the rain, or snow piling up on your car...but also keeps your car nice and cool away from the scorching sun! If you're as immature as me, you'll probably get a kick out of the special escalator for shopping carts too. :) The store is huge, containing the typical department store stuff but also a full grocery area. There are always lots of registers open, and I've never had any problem finding a person in electronics to help me (only area of the store I've ever had questions or needed assistance). read more

This is about the most interesting Target I have ever been to! 1. Very cool parking garage - great for winter/ wet weather! 2. Escalators and 2 elevators! 3. Cart-only escalator! (This is faster than taking the elevator.) 4. The store is very clean! Looks like a Target you would see on a TV commercial. 5. Starbucks! If you go, plan on spending a lot of time in here. This place is huge. (I spent about an hour in just the health & beauty/ food sections). Also, plan on finding a lot of stuff that you didn't know you needed. I don't usually shop at big stores like this, but if I have to, I'm glad they built this Target. My only other option was to go to South Bay, and that one is not desirable in the least bit. This particular Target looks like it has given up. There are hardly any products on the shelves (never trust the website to check if the product is in stock as it's not accurate). What products that are there are a mess. I just went to buy a picture frame and most of the frames are stacked on top of each other laying on the bottom shelf and not hung up properly. A few employees that I saw that looked like they were supposed to be stocking shelves were just standing in the aisles looking at their phones and one man was very loudly speaking on his phone's speaker to someone. It's a very disorganized store. I get that the pandemic has caused shortages but other Targets I've been to have had significantly more products and the shelves are organized. Even if you have the product in stock, if it's not presented properly, how do you expect to make the sale? I suggest trying a different store. read more

It seems very well planned out for the space, and everything seems to be well laid out. The employees are friendly and seem always willing to help. And being a Target, everything is very well priced. Let me be frank. I typically AVOID shopping. Yes, I loathe shopping. I'm a no nonsense sort of guy. In and out. So, we went during a snowstorm. Yes, who stops the wifey from finding a bargain? NO ONE. We were impressed. The lots were cleaned down to the asphalt despite a foot of snow. They also have a parking garage. Also, best of all, it was EMPTY. It's a beautiful sight to see from the parking lot. In fact, she took photos. The store is spotless, bright, colorful, and easy to locate stuff. Staff was VERY friendly and would walk across the store to help you with something. Clearance is at the ends of most aisles for you bargain shoppers. They have a pharmacy, photo lab, and fast food, too. The restrooms were spotless, had some unique urinals (yes I am rating them), and that cool new hand dryer you see at clubs (that blows at hurricane force). They also have food on the shelves. I walked out with 3 bags of chips that were a very good bargain. Unfortunately, someone beat us to the deal that caused us to go there. They also have kioks that access the target website as well. SSSSH, I sorta had fun shopping here. Don't tell anyone! How to get there? Right off rt 24 highway and has a large private parking lot and garage. read more

Tar Jay! How I love you. I love your big RED ass Bullseye! This store has an outdoor & indoor parking and the spaces are wide so you are not squeezing your not really compact car into a spot. They have the cool escalators that take shopping carts up & down to the store or to the parking level. The store is pretty clean & well stocked most of the time and the team members (what they liked to be called) are pretty helpful when you need them. They have a great seasonal section towards the back of the store, from Halloween candy, costumes, to Christmas & Chanukah to patio furniture. They have a great full service Starbucks here too! read more

This place is huge! Too BIG...wow. It's like a regular Target that went through a couple rough years, forgot about diet and exercise, and wound up morbidly obese. First you park (under the store), then you walk for a mile to get to the front door. The whole store is a marathon to get around...I think that I lost the checkout stand a couple times. The only redeeming part of this target is the way they get the carts down to the parking level...pretty awesome. read more

I love target and even have there red card. After traveling out of my city I stopped here. I spent well over a 100. I bought 2 large sized detergents that were priced 9.99 and a gift card. When I went to the register they said that wasn't the price. I said ok, we'll how much are they...they were 11.99 after a long radio conversation with another target worker. I bought them kind of frustrated. I showed the customer service attendant as well as the cashier a picture,and they said someone put in a wrong place. But the whole row?? And price are marked clearly. As I shop there all the time, I should have gotten price as marked. So I decided it was going to exchange it at customer service. They made me go back and get two heavy detergents, and go to customer service. For the lady to tell me ill exchange them. And the smaller ones weren't 6.49 as advertised but 9.99. What is going on? There's no way customers put those on the shelves and the customer service lady (not the cashier just rolled her eyes at me when I showed her the pictures as she was too lazy to take up my offer to walk back with me and look. I love target it wouldn't be coming back to this one again!!!! read more

Excellent Target location. Of course, they have the same stuff as all other Target stores, but this one has a nice parking area that I really like. You can park really close to the store if you choose to park outside, but they also have a parking garage attached to the store, which is great in the winter months when you don't want snow accumulating on your car. The customer service here is really great. I returned some stuff with absolutely no problems and, more recently, a super nice cashier suspended my check out transactions so I could run back to the rice aisle and get some more rice to take advantage of a gift card offer. I also love how you never know when you will find some great clearance deals. read more

You know you love Target when you have different locations for different things. This is definitely my destination for home cleaning supplies and misc decor. I know that the Targets all carry the same products but some stores' products are just better or for some reason have a bigger selection. I do also enjoy this location for the "cart escalator" we have on occasion bought enough to need the cart as we leave and my lil man loves racing the cart down the stairs. The parking situation is great. Indoor and outdoor parking plenty of spaces and the sizes of the spaces are great too. I hate the feeling of loading the car and someone is pulling into the spot next to you, I always have the dread that they will hit my car, but so far here, I can breathe a little easier. Can't say to much more. I do love me some Target though. read more

This is the best Target in the area with covered parking. It's also clean and well organized with people always offering to help. A recent experience I had with a manager, NES, was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to assist me getting pandemic supplies. Hard to find kindness like that these days. There is also a Starbucks inside. read more

I love target but every time I need to go to the customer service desk, there is a woman who gives me a hard time. I just was there to do a forgotten coupon from the other day when I made a last minute trip to the abington store and didn't bring my coupon. She doesn't say a word to me until after the coupon won't scan & she had to override it. Then she tells me "just so you know, you have to go to the store you bought the items at." Ok, that's fine, but you don't need to get an attitude at me and act like I'm trying to scam you for $4. I've had issues with her when the cartwheel app doesn't take off for items I purchased and she accused me of doing something wrong and got all huffy. If you work in customer service, you shouldn't be so grouchy all the time. read more

I think I may have to revise my previous statement about the Revere Target being my favorite location. This one rocks my world This store is brand new, it just opened in October. It's HUGE, and has an underground parking lot. The food selection is twice the size of the Revere location, it literally takes up one whole side of the store. They have one of the biggest selections of the cheap items (the $1 and $2 trinkets) I've seen, and there's a Starbucks! I found a cork board with a wooden blue trim that matches my bedroom decor. That was good times, especially because it was $2.50!!!! Because it's so new, it still looks pretty clean and organized. I have a new love in Stoughton :) read more

OMG!!!!! I went to the brand new Target last night. I wanted to hide in the bathroom and when everyone left..sleep over for the night! This place is amazing!! It's 144,000 square feet of fun..and I think I ran through every foot of it last night. This place is amazing! It's located right off of 24 in Stoughton. They are also building a TGIF's right next door. The building is enormous..you park underneath in a garage and take an escalator up..yeah..how fun? It has an extra escalator for your cart..YEAH..think IKEA..but with much more fun colors! OH YES..it was fun. When you reach the top they have tons and tons of $1.00 items. More than any Target I've been to so far. This place is amazing. It has food, too..everything but, meats and vegetables. The Halloween section was stocked with all kinds of cool items. I'm so excited about this Target. The whole mall looks amazing. They did a great job. I'm not sure what else is coming in here..but I can't wait!! YAHOO...I get to go to the bullseye..only 4 minutes from home! YIPPEEEE!! I almost forgot, there's a starbucks in there, too!!!!!!! They have icee's...I know! I almost passed out. read more

A win for the oversized parking garage and escalators for carts. However, this one needs to step up its merchandise game. Sale items disappear quickly here, and it seems the stocks are lower than say South Bay or even Everett. And there are ALWAYS long lines here. I don't think I've avoided this. Perhaps this is a manpower issue, but it needs to be handled by hiring more staff. This one is great for teacher stuff come late summer. I am a HUGE fan of this Target, especially in the winter and in bad weather because there is covered parking! However, since there is covered parking, it means everyone flocks to it and navigating around the moron drivers can be mentally exhausting. At any rate, this Target is HUGE and carries just about everything. Although I do like that they carry a lot of grocery, it's not quite a full-service grocer yet. But when it comes to beating prices from Stop & Shop and Shaw's, this is spot on. Plus, if you have the Target card, you can save 5% on your purchases. That adds up over time. The aisle can be a little cluttered at times, but I've always found this location to be mostly clean and the staff to be very friendly. -1 star for the Starbucks not participating in the Starbucks rewards program. If I'm paying $5/drink off my Starbucks card, you're damn right I'm getting my rewards to cash in for a free drink! read more

I'm giving one star for the poor attitudes at the Starbucks Sunday morning 8:00 Dec 10th. They never once looked me in the face taking my order at all, the other girl that wasn't taking my order was just sitting behind the register stuffing her face carrying on a conversation with the girl who was taking my order. My drink was wrong and had curdled milk and it wasn't even worth the effort to tell my drink was wrong because dealing with the two sour faces behind the counter was not worth it. You may think that a Target is a Target. But let me tell you, this Target is not just any Target. First off, it's huge and there is ample parking. Secondly, it has the new P-fresh groceries. Huge plus if you're like me and you hate the grocery store, but are looking to pick up a few things for dinner. It's also right off of Rt. 24 (literally, immediately off of exit 20), and conveniently located near a BJs, Kohls, etc. so the area has a lot to offer besides just Target. Oh, and did I mention there is an escalator made just for your shopping cart? Yup - empty or full, up or down, your shopping cart gets its own escalator since the parking is located on a lower level than the store. It is fabulous. The Starbucks is the icing on the cake. You really can't get better than Target in general, but this one really is the king of Targets. read more

I love Target...even better I love that they put this one in walking distance from my place. Granted I always buy more stuff than I could walk home with but it is nice that it is there. I love that it is clean, organized, has the parking garage and the shopping cart escalator. So cool! It is nice to have the option of Target rather than having to go to Wal-Mart or having to drive to Easton or the South Bay Plaza to go to Target. This is super convenient and I am thrilled. Back when the coronavirus pandemic was at it peak, senior hours were everyday. Then senior hours were changed to Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I just went to the Stoughton Target at 8.00 am and was told that senior hours have gone back to every day, following governor's orders. That is rubbish, as no other supermarket or big box store has senior hours every day. BJs senior hours is only on Sunday for example. I contacted customer service on Chat and was told senior hours should only be Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the Stoughton management will need internal coaching on this issue. By the way, there were no seniors lining up to get into this location, only a number of frustrated shoppers in the carpark. read more
