The plants are always high quality. I have never been disappointed. Occasionally I'll stop in when I am driving by and always find something cool, pretty and priced right. All the other reviewers are spot on with their assessment of service. It's super friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, and always willing to carry your purchase to the car if need be. I've also had good success with Polillio's label sun and shade grass seed and the neighborhood birds love the bird seeds. Last year I bought 3 different types of tomato plants a little later than usual, so they were marked down to bargain price. I had so many tomatoes I thought about making my own Ketchup! My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.

You heard me right!!!!! I picked up 30 Tall Pillar candles for $6.00 What a bargain. At first I picked up a pack of 4 small pillar for $4.00 BUT THESE AT AS IS WERE DOUBLE SIZE FOR .20 cents each! So, today's savings was worth the trip! I came home and stacked then in a closet and will enjoy my candle savings !!! What they don't explain to you during purchase is that the installers are not vetted contractors who don't understand plans, don't allow you to take photos of their poor work quality during installation, will hide cracks in cabinets they cause, and then will ask for hundreds of dollars as a tip and to remove boxes. Customer service is lacking from ikea. I have been dealing with a kitchen that is only 50% usable due to installation for 6 months and ikea stopped responding 4 months ago. Vintage fashion, unique items of yesteryear, and new artisan crafts and practical gifts are meticulously displayed in attractive booths from different owners. Excellent reuse of a historic building. The entrance is #12, just past the overhang connecting this old mill to another terrific old brick mill (that hasn't had a renaissance just yet).
