Our landscape/masonry company recommended Back Yard Living and Patti in particular. One can easily become overwhelmed at the sheer number of paver selections...various types and colors of stone abound. We took an initial walk through the store as well as outside where they have extensive examples laid out. We eventually narrowed things down but it was Patti who ultimately knew what questions to ask us and helped steer us to our final selection. The pavers and borders have since been installed and we couldn't be happier. We had to return to the store to decide on new pool coping. We hated the pool coping style that was there originially. There are a number of pool edges to choose from. We thought we wanted a flat edge but are happy we went with the "coastal cape design" that Patti showed us and recommended. All the other reviewers are spot on with their assessment of service. It's super friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, and always willing to carry your purchase to the car if need be. I've also had good success with Polillio's label sun and shade grass seed and the neighborhood birds love the bird seeds. Last year I bought 3 different types of tomato plants a little later than usual, so they were marked down to bargain price. I had so many tomatoes I thought about making my own Ketchup! My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.

So we had to follow up AGAIN. Today, June 15th, we have received our bid. Aaron absolutely over priced the job with no price break downs. He lists the materials and the amount of material needed with a total price. He does not list the cost of these materials. $22,900+!!!!! IS ABSOLUTELY outrageous! I know previous reviews state that you get what you pay for but no honey, just no. This is completely inappropriate and I feel like you completely inflated the bill just because you didn't want to do YOUR job and provide us a quote. We will DEFINITELY be taking our business elsewhere. I am so disappointed we have waisted so much time on you.
