During my recent visit, I witnessed three employees -- Aaron (AGM), Michelle (Manager), and Karen (Cashier) -- behaving in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Their behavior was not only directed toward paying members, including myself, but also towards fellow staff. It was disappointing to see such hostility from individuals in leadership positions who should be setting a positive example. I believe this kind of conduct reflects poorly on the environment at this location and contradicts the high standards Costco is known for. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and looked into promptly. And not only that, but I was in line with many other members and they were also concerned and saying the same thing I was it's like the management there does not even care about the way they treat paying members and also their own staff!!!! If this is how they act in front of other people who knows how they act or what they say in the break rooms. And I hate to say it I love Costco but this location in Avon, Ma needs to be investigated because the stuff that goes on here and the stuff I be hearing out loud it's just crazy.

Lines are long yes but they do go fast. Their huge Caesar salad is fantastic. Fresh and easy. I do love the people who are out giving you samples of food too. Fun to try stuff while you shop. And of course the wicked cheap hot dogs and slices of pizza are top notch. Wish they had more drink options. Not a fan of soda. All in all this Cosco is definitely worth the $65 a year subscription.

A lot of the grocery and household products here are sold in bigger sizes. So having to restock your supplies at home happens less often which makes it super convenient. I was in here recently to get some cleaning supplies, toilet paper and I also stopped by their bakery area to get some sweets for the house. The cookies and brownies I bought were very fresh tasting and delicious. I have also bought deli meats here before and the service at the deli counter is excellent as well as the freshness of the deli products. The checkout process always goes fast and smoothly here. About the only thing that BJ's Wholesale Club could do to make the shopping experience better would be to have bags available to customers. They do have these big empty boxes at the front of the store that they provide for customers to use to bundle their purchases into but I definitely prefer bags so when I shop here I make a point of bringing along my own shopping bags to use. Great location though and excellent customer service.

I looked around thinking someone would surely be out soon to service me. I noticed the phone ring and thought maybe that would prompt someone to come out and answer it, no one did. I then called their number after 5 mins and still no one came out to answer it. After about 15 mins I decided to leave. What a waste of time driving all this way and a big disappointment. How do you have a business and no one is inside to run the business??

Literally YEARS... I had three bracelets and I wore one of them 9 years ago to a wedding, and I have no idea about the other two. I learned a lot about diamonds and gold while I was there, and Dave gave me some suggestions as well as a price for the others. I had no doubt that this was a good deal and there was no pressure to sell (which you may get elsewhere). I left with my money, keeping two items for now and will keep them under consideration. There is parking right out front, and they are open Monday - Saturday. Dave is great and I met his son as well, nice guys who have been doing business in Newton for decades!
