Every time I've gone, I've needed some random screw or specific sized wrench and they knew their inventory well and always quickly asked what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. The environment is friendly and very customer-oriented - they don't want you to feel lost looking for what you need, so they will help point you in the right direction for anything on your list. If you need something, they probably have it! And if not, they will say no and follow that up by immediately telling you where you can get it.
