One of my preferred Marshall's locations to go to! This Marshall's is located in Westwood, by Wegmans and Lifetime Gym. Huge store with lots of inventory every time I visit. I've found so many items that I haven't seen at other Marshall's locations, so I definitely appreciate the selection they have here! Line to check out is also never too long and moves fast. Staff is kind and pretty helpful if you're trying to locate an item in the store. When I have a free day, I love walking around to all the stores in this plaza and one store I cannot skip is Marshall's! Parking: lots of parking available here! read more

Every time I drive past a Marshall's I stop to check out what kind of good deals I can have. This particular store is big since it's attached to sister store Home Goods. I found the store very clean and well lit..I decided to focus on some health and beauty products and I found a good deal of items that usually would go for double or triple the price at a department store for much less. Since I have gone to many Marshall's before, the downside of shopping here is that sometimes you can not find a specific brand or item...they basically offer what they have gotten through their distribution center and you pick. The good thing is that if you are flexible, you can find similar products that would pretty much do the same thing. The line to pay was a bit long, but it moved quickly. read more

The first time I came here shortly after this Marshall's & Home Goods opened, I was pretty underwhelmed with the selection compared to other Marshall's in the area. However, I gave it a second try and they have definitely gotten more things in in the past few weeks. Last Saturday, I found a nice pair of sandals in the Marshall's and some nice Oneida flatware in the Home Goods. It seems a little claustrophobic in here- maybe it's all the people flocking in with the new opening. The line was also ridiculous the first time I came and I just abandoned the open items I was going to purchase and went and got the same thing a couple days later at the Marshall's in Canton- where there was no line. The strong points in the Marshall's are the shoes and bags. The Home Goods has more furniture and lighting than I've seen at other locations. Also, this is not so much a comment on the stores, but can they please get rid of the EVIL speed bumps in the parking lot. My god- the things were horrible even going 3 mph! Tip- if you drive around to enter and exit by the main road, you can avoid these things. read more

As a first timer to this particular Marshall's I was overwhelmed by the size of this place! It's attached to a home goods that customers can flow between while they are shopping. They have a huge selection of household items, a great selection of clothing (including things on the higher end) and a decent size shoe department. Definetly give yourself some time to really go through everything because there are some hidden treasures on those shelves! read more

NOW OPEN! Super new Marshalls / HomeGoods combination store at the new University Station development in Westwood. This store just opened and has been is a different light on any of the other stores in the University Station complex. It's unpredictable, and in a good way. Marshall's is general in never able to be anticipated, upon the stock in store is always different no matter which one you go to. This one isn't gigantic, but larger than some of the nearby Marshalls. It doesn't seem to be as good as the Medfield store, yet. They still are getting more and more in. So sort of hard to tell currently. Staff seem friendly enough, but the line is already becoming a problem. This is the only Marshalls and HomeGoods combination store I've been to... all of the others at TJ Maxx / HomeGoods stores, and some of them have separate registers in each of the stores, which seems ideal for busy, busy times. I'm sure they are working on getting more staff (they did JUST open)... but I HATE waiting, so they better fix that ASAP! Overall, it's a decent Marshalls.... and while not as amazing as others, it's still decent enough not be avoided and still a good stop. read more

I work across the street from Marshalls and I tried to run across real quick on my break to grab ONE item: a belt. I got inside, found a belt, and proceeded to bring it to the checkout. Thinking this would be pretty quick, I got to the first cashier (who was standing idle, not serving ANYONE) and she told me that the line actually began about a mile away. When I found the line--10 customers with carriages FULL--I also happened to notice three more employees doing absolutely NOTHING while 8 or 9 registers remained idle. At that moment I decided to go elsewhere for the belt. The work-less employees just stood and watched. Just absolutely ridiculous service. Won't ever be going back! read more

Great staff and merchandise. I think they need needed more cashiers because the line was so long.

They usually have really good stuff but lately when I've gone, the check out line is so long, I've had to wait 20+ minutes and that was during the week! I do like how the store is connected to homegoods so you can go in between stores easily. I think they definitely need to hire more staff. If I do see a staff member they normally don't say hi or ask if I need help but the people at the register are always pleasant. read more

This location comes in a close second to the Medfield location. This is always clean, always well stocked and BIG. There are lots of sections to look around and the flow is nice, the aisles aren't tight and there is room to move and look around. I am happy there is another good location nearby to explore when I am in the shopping mood. The lines move quick here and the staff is friendly. I am happy this location has done well and will be here for a while! read more

We were heading to check out and stopped where we saw a display of candles. When you would pick up a candle the glass shelves were shaking like they wanted to fall being so full, not sturdy at all. We got to the counter and mentioned it to cashier. The woman next to her with short blond hair said it was sturdy and we said we were afraid to pick up more candles. She asked why I was touching them. I replied I was smelling them. She said she built the display herself and I left it alone. Then she says it's been there for three days. I said to her don't say I didn't warn you and left. read more

I found lots of cute garments to wear to work and some great brand names. However, the dressing room attendant should really stop making customers feel like they are attempting to steal. I tried on a set of two bras and the associate literally pulled them apart and stared at me, as if I had to explain myself. Is trying on a set of two bras doing something wrong? I felt very awkward. I understand it's important to maintain loss prevention measures, however making customers feel like they are trying to steal is not a pleasurable shopping experience. read more

This is a very good Marshalls. Clean, organized, big selection, and connected to a HomeGoods. The one complaint I have is that I returned an item (that was on sale) for a bigger size which apparently wasn't on sale, so I had to pay an extra 15 dollars. Doesn't make much sense to me considering they are the exact same thing, just different sizes. read more
