The sizing is definitely a traditional boutique feel and caters to a younger, lively crowd. That being said, I've found amazing jeans, sweaters and dresses there so many times. The price point is reasonable, with some higher priced items as well. I like to buy pieces for special occasions here because they are unique and not something I can just find anywhere. They also have an amazing bridal section that has great options for showers Bachelorette parties and rehearsal dinners! Overall, I'm a big fan. Fitting rooms, open floor plan, feels spacious. Didn't really go into either of the stores that occupied the space prior, but I'm sure we'll be here often. The lady celebrated its store opening by grabbing a full outfit in a color she's been eyeing for a while now that's back this season! We'll hope for good things to come, in-store promos and more goods to come. Lululemon has FINALLY arrived in SSP! I was here today…read more(11/15) for their grand opening. I've been waiting for a Lululemon to come to Braintree for so long, it's not even remotely funny. They are a pop up location inside the South Shore Plaza, where Chico's once was, & are here for a year (hopefully here to stay tbh, that'd be great). The staff was super sweet & very helpful with finding things in the store. Loved the layout & how they organized everything. In honor of this opening. I bought an espresso matching set, cropped define jacket with align 7/8 leggings ;)) Overall, very happy that there's a Lululemon closer by now. Had a pleasant, positive experience here today, so will for sure be back.

I just know that I've had some difficulty with a particular sales representative and the disrespect when talking to them, because they have this tendency to interrupt you as you are trying to speak. That is what I would call unprofessional customer service, because we are the consumers and without us the stores would not be in existence. This younger girl packing my items slammed the receipt on top of my purchases and said "all set, enjoy" in a fast and highly aggressive tone then fled.
