I had the most wonderful experience today at David's Bridal in Westwood, MA. I was nervous and a…read morelittle sad to be going alone, but my mom lives in NY and my bestie lives in Canada. However, these feelings quickly dissipated when Debbie assisted me with finding my dream dress. She found some beautiful dresses for me to try on and clearly has a skill for this as the first dress she handed me ended up being the one! She also matched the perfect veil and shoes to my dress. Debbie was so friendly, kind, and caring. After hearing how I was disappointed that my mom couldn't be there, she encouraged me to try my dream dress back on and video call my mom to include her. Once my mom was on the phone, she gave my mom a tour around my dress with close ups so she could get the full picture. Then, she handed me the bell so I could ring the bell with my mom on the phone to celebrate finding the one! Debbie not only made this experience more fun and comfortable than I had anticipated, but she truly went above and beyond. Thanks to Debbie, this day will be a day I remember and cherish forever! From her skillful pairing of dresses and accessories, to her kindness in including my mom, and her overall comforting and caring personality, this day has been one of my favorite days of elopement planning yet, and I've had a smile on my face ever since!

Worst experience ever with the cashier this afternoon. We've been customers of this store for years…read moreand have never been treated as carelessly as we were today. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident.
