I immediately contacted 47 Brand with all tracking details, expecting them to work with me on a solution. Instead, their customer service rep sent sarcastic, dismissive emails and refused to help resolve an issue caused by carrier error--something neither of us controlled. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn't care. For a company this size to have such poor customer service infrastructure and unprofessional staff is unacceptable. They've completely lost my business and trust.

Worst experience ever with the cashier this afternoon. We've been customers of this store for years…read moreand have never been treated as carelessly as we were today. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

We called and some how managed to speak to the owner and explained my sons clothes for church was in the order which he needed the next day for choir. He came in early morning Sunday and helped us get out clothes with no problem and a smile on his face. My son was then able to perform w the choir and made my fathers days even more special with the song performed specifically for the dads. Thank you so much westwood tailor shop. I'll never forget that.
