I've been a loyal 47 Brand customer for years, so I was shocked by the terrible service I recently received. I initiated a return through USPS and dropped it at my local UPS (USPS picks up from UPS locations). The package was lost--either USPS never picked it up or lost it before reaching their facility. I immediately contacted 47 Brand with all tracking details, expecting them to work with me on a solution. Instead, their customer service rep sent sarcastic, dismissive emails and refused to help resolve an issue caused by carrier error--something neither of us controlled. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn't care. For a company this size to have such poor customer service infrastructure and unprofessional staff is unacceptable. They've completely lost my business and trust. read more

My hat collection keeps growing! I've been envious of my daughter's Panther Hat with the original logo for years!! I finally found one sold by '47 and she ordered it. It came sent in a box to protect it from damage. It arrived well before the actual due date too. I'm so pleased with the quality and detail. It's adjustable so I can fit it to my head size. Rude customer service. I accidentally placed an order before I was ready, and reached out to customer service immediately to see if I could cancel since it hadn't processed yet. If they weren't able to I would've understood, and just returned the order when it arrived. The service agent cancelled the order but then chastised me for not putting in the right address and/or contents and said next time to read the order page and that they won't do this again, even though that wasn't the issue I reached out with they just assumed. I am(was) a long time customer. I joined the loyalty (apparently a one way street) program years ago. I have spent hundreds of dollars since this time. When I joined there was no expiration of "loyalty" points. Needless to say I was shocked to learn that my stock piled points had disappeared. Sad excuse for customer service. I still love their products, but my last interaction with them over a return turned toxic really fast. I won't name names because I have no interest in getting anyone in trouble, but the agent who handled my order was at first annoyed and then deleted my account when I said I would stop ordering from them over their new return policy. TLDR: Only got half the order, company is ghosting me My wife ordered me 2 hats from 47Brand.com on 11/27/22, we received one of them on 12/5 and the order reflected as "Partial" on the website. We waited about a week more and had not received any updates on the second hat so she reached out to orders@47brand.com (phone number is useless since it just has an automated message to email questions) asking when we could expect the balance of our order. Surprisingly, we got a response the next day but it was just a canned message saying once orders are shipped they can't change the service level. She responded back clarifying that we just wanted to know when the second hat would ship since we paid for two hats and only received one. No further responses. I started emailing at least once every week since and have not received a single response. I asked for a refund plus tax,... nothing. The worst customer service ever!! I bought my husband a hat. It came and didn't fit. I contacted the company and they said I have to reorder what I want and return the other one as they don't do exchanges. So I reordered and the new hat fits. I'm very disappointed. I placed an order for Christmas for my husband. The order confirmation was correct, and reflected the item I ordered. When I received my order, the incorrect item had been sent. I followed the instructions on the website to reach out to the email address to rectify the issue. I emailed four separate times, with absolutely no response from '47 Brand. I even advised them that my next option would be to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
