I bought a Christmas hoodie from them, it got delivered in time to realize that it was created as the wrong size. I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and fixed the mistake. They shipped the new item quickly and let me keep the wrong item. I got a discount for my first time purchase, but I think it's worth buying from them. They have great sports memorabilia stuff and for me it was. Vermont reference which is hard to find. read more

Have bought 20+ shirts from Chowdaheadz over the years and have never had an issue with the product quality or customer service, until now. Purchased three shirts in July 2021 (yes, outside the 45 day return policy) and started to notice the shirts were scratching me on the back of my neck. Come to find out the "new" labels they are using for the tag is coming off, but only in pieces leaving annoying pieces that scratch your neck. Sent info to help@chowdaheadz and the response was "canned" and for my "trouble" sent me a 10% discount (that BTW cannot be used on ANY other promotion. I have two shirts unwearable and one starting the delamination of the label. Unfortunately there is no way for me to attach the pictures of the issue here but they were sent with my e-mail. I felt they should have been more accommodating due to them being defective, but no. So for me...I'm no longer a customer. read more

An indispensable resource for even the most di-hard black-and-gold-blooded Bruins fan! And for those other Masshole sportzketball teams, too. Wicked good gear, friggin' awesome customer service! I live in Texas. Little known secret: we have an NHL team here. (Surprise!) I'm by no means a Homer, but having a "local" hockey team does have its perks... Mostly just that the Bruins come here and anally demolish the home team every year. {Heyyyy... Did I just say anal? Whoopsadaisy! I meant ANNUAL. Like, once a year. Once per year Tyler Seguin & Squad get bent over. If the autocorrect fits... :-) :-) } Anyway... I go to see the Bruins in Dallas every year. And, since I'm a world-class procastinator, I pretty much without fail forget to order a weekend's wardrobe of funny new black & gold shirts each year until THE last minute. D'oh! Chowdaheadz never fails to hook it up though... I emailed after my Monday night order, and and even though shipping is free, they responded within hours they'll ship my order Priority - I'll have it by the time I head to Dallas on Thursday. SWOON. The shirts are fantastic quality - the ones I bought 5 years ago still look just as good as the ones I bought this March. The only complaint I have is that Chowdaheadz designs and quality are TOO good - they make me "DO DAMAGE" to my checking account lol Order with confidence - these kids have their fahkin skates ON. read more

We LOVE Chowdaheadz! Where to start? How about customer service? Five star , service without hesitation. Chowdaheadz could teach other fledgling companies how to get it right. The products? Wicked Awesome and I'm not even from the East Coast. I'm not sure how I first found this site, a few years ago, but we fell in love with it then and remain fans. I'm attaching a photo of the latest purchase, too good to miss, as my daughter is a shark fan! The biggest hit in the house was the I MIGHT LIVE......... BUT I KEEP MY SOX IN BOSTON t-shirt. However, the collection doesn't stop with that one. I had to order a second one as once the husband had it the daughter wanted one as well. He wore this shirt to the Red Sox/White Sox game and the Red Sox/Cubs game and he was a major hit. Red Sox fans sought him out. Someone filming for a local Boston station told him to stand up during a particular break and he'd make sure he got him on camera. We have no idea who it was for, but it is one very PERFECT shirt for any Red Sox fan. It still turns heads and gets laughs here in Chicago. We have a number of Chowdaheadz items, they ship fast and are quality items. Our pet, a dachshund named Sweet Caroline (yes, that's right), has Red Sox, Patriots gear, a scarf that says "I bite Yankee Fans" and other items. My husband offered to model his Boston Red Sox t-shirt collection for a neighbor who just laughed and declined the offer. These shirts even have people asking 'where he got it' when we're in Boston. read more

Chowdaheadz - The latest gem from Chowdaheadz was a must for a shark loving daughter! - Sports Wear Near Me - Woburn, Massachusetts

Ordered a "BILLY BILLY!" long sleeved shirt for a friend. Fast shipping! Amazing prices. Really can't beat this site. Hilarious gifts for New England fans. Will definitely suggest / use in tbd future! Thank you. read more

The "I MIGHT LIVE IN (YOUR STATE) BUT I KEEP MY SOX IN BOSTON!" shirt turned out to be one of my step-dad's favorite gifts, ever. In fact, it WAS his favorite gift until I surprised him with Red Sox/Cubs tickets for Father's Day......so a t-shirt has to be pretty darn awesome to barely be surpassed by those amazing tickets, right? Right. Instead of putting "ILLINOIS", I had Chowdaheadz put "CHICAGO", which really pissed off the (White) Sox fans when we went to one of the Sox/Sox games last year. I've placed quite a few orders from Chowdaheadz (including pet gear for my Sweet Caroline) and they have been nothing but great. Orders arrive fast, they respond quickly to emails and their shirts are pretty funny and good quality. They aren't overly thick or thin, don't look cheap and with the specials they constantly run, I feel like I'm stealing from them! When we went to the Red Sox/Cubs game this year, my step-dad wore that same shirt and I lost count of how many people stopped him to ask where he got it. Don't get me wrong, we've ordered others for him, but that just happens to be his favorite. Thanks Chowdaheadz! read more

Been buying from Chowdaheadz for years. Great quality shirts, even better customer service. Go to website for buying my husbands shirts. The screen printing has held up over lots of wear and washes. Shirts are super comfy and keep their fit. Will be a customer for life. read more

Excellent quality and price. Very fast shipping! Was looking for a Boston themed baby gift and found what I was looking for with Chowdaheadz. I'll definitely be back to purchase more! Plus the items were high quality and came with a hefty free gift! A really nice bottle opener featuring the Boston skyline! Will definitely be purchasing again (and again). Love to support a local business as well! read more

This business is as good as it gets. If you are a "New Winland" fan and have the need to wear something to show your pride in the four amazing Professional Sports franchises, or select professional athletes, or the region where they play, then this is the site for you. Amazing products, amazing people, and amazing customer service. This business is "Wicked Awesome." read more

I've been buying shirts from them for years. I'm never disappointed. I love that they're constantly adding new shirts and come up with funny ones for current events. I get shirts for my whole family. I just miss the infant/toddler sizes they used to have. read more

I really enjoy the sense of humor that is conveyed in the product and I believe that the quality is okay. However the customer service is automated and doesn't actually address the issues. I ordered a shirt for my dad that grew up in East Boston and he has a strong tie to his roots. I ordered a tshirt for him for Christmas. On December 13th I ordered the gift. I recieved a confirmation email right away. Two days later I received an email that the order was completed and awaiting pick up from USPS. This email also stated that if I didn't see that the order was progressing to contact the company. I waited a few days to see if the status would change and it remained as "Awaiting pickup " so I sent an email explaining that the order had not progressed at all. They emailed back and it was clear that whoever was responding didn't take the time to read my email so I emailed again and attached a screenshot of what I was getting when I tried to track the order so that they might understand my concern. The response again reinforced that no one had actually read my email or bothered to check my order in their system. This was on the 19th and 20th. At this point I had lost all confidence that anyone at Chowdaheadz was going to address the issues and rushed and paid more than I could afford to get my father a gift to open as he is spending Christmas alone this year because of Covid. On the 26th I triple checked with my dad and he had not received the gift. So I contacted Chowdaheadz once more and asked for a refund as it was clear to me that they never bothered to produce or send my order. And they responded that USPS was not scanning packages and that for sure the order was on its way. That was a line of BS because not an hour later than I asked for a refund suddenly my order was dropped off at USPS in MA on the 26th. In short although these folks have an amazing sense of humor they are far from " Wicked Smahrt" and are as the name suggests a bunch of "Chowdaheadz ". read more

AMAZING customer service. Fixed a VERY stressful situation for me around the holidays that was caused by USPS. I've ordered from them before, and I'll order again. (Plus I love their stuff, wicked great quality!) GO BOSTON read more

Excellent! Nice quality shirts, really fast shipping. Good job, thank you very much!

First of all, major props to Chowdaheadz Boston spirit. Sadly, the product we ordered (tire cover) seemed acceptable if not better, but we could not use it because it was the wrong size. Chowdaheadz Refused to return a perfectly new unused tire cover because of the following language on their website: "Fits mounted tires/wheels up to 32" in overall diameter and 11" wide. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SIZE before ordering! We cannot accept returns due to damaged product from incorrect sizing." First of all, the tire cover does not fit wheels smaller than 29 inches in diameter which is inconsistent with the description. Furthermore the customer service representative attempted to insist that I couldn't return it, because it had been opened even though it was mailed in a resealable package. When I pressed, he changed his tune and said they never accept any returns on tire covers. If that was the case - the language on the website doesn't communicate that returns for undamaged tire covers are not accepted, and instead of sending me language from an irrelevant return policy, he should have just said that up front. Felt rather rudely treated by customer service, which is surprising given so many good stories about service from Chowdaheadz. Wish my dad had measured the tire properly, but also wish Chowdaheadz would accept my return in perfect condition. read more

Great customer service. A package got lost by USPS and they promptly sent me a replacement shipment and I got my products within 10 days of original order placement. They replied back within 24 hours and were prompt in our conversation from there on. Great product as well. High quality screen printed. read more

BEST customer service! Extremely responsive to email (wrote back within 24 hours). I had to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a t-shirt that was $2.00 more. While I was willing to pay the extra $2.00, Chowdaheadz waived the extra cost and sent me a new t-shirt right away. I received the new t-shirt in less than a week from my original inquiry!! Will DEFINITELY get all my team tees from these guys. Thank you :) read more

I absolutely love this business! My husband bought me quite a few Boston Bruins shirts for Christmas and I just received my order of a Patriots shirt that I ordered 2 days ago. This is one of my favorite t-shirt companies. I received the shirt in 2 days!! The quality of every shirt that I've received is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will definitely recommend Chowdaheadz to everyone I talk to. Thanks again to this amazing business. read more

really glad i stumbled across this website during a google search. all i have to say is what great customer service and selection for Boston sports fans! i ordered the "keep calm and fen way on" women's fitted shirt for a redsox vs cubs game out here in chicago and requested for them not to leave the package without getting my signature. i liked how chowdaheadz actually wrote right on the package "do not leave without signature" the website has funny stuff for us "bostanions" and something for every Boston sports fan. (both women and men) no joke about how the merchandise ships out the day after ordering, got my shirt within a few days. even though I'm currently living out in Chicago, i love that dirty water and Boston will always be my home ;) highly recommend. read more

Not being or living anywhere near the Boston area, it's really hard for a diehard Sox fan like myself to find unique merchandise geard towards other Sox fans. That is, until I discovered Chowdaheadz. From their excellent customer service while on the site, to the accessibility their customers have to them on Facebook and Twitter, I continue to be amazed by their business. Their tshirts are awesome and I have brought a taste of Red Sox Nation to everyone I have come in contact with. I have even found other Red Sox fans in Texas just by wearing the shirts! I will definitely be returning to their site many more times!!!!!! read more

Ordered a Boston shirt from an ad in Facebook. The website was fast and easy, and BAM the shirt was in my mail in I think 48 hours!! Shirt quality is very good -- not a luxury kind of T, but not at all cheap, better than average. true to size. The design is exactly as pictured and good quality. I love the design, and will be keeping my eye open for more. read more

Completed an order online, my account has been charged, no product in hand, no response to emails, the phone message says to email and they will respond wicked fast, still no response, the website says my order can't be found. Customer service is not responsive. No mention anywhere on their site about being closed or taking a long weekend or vacation or backed up cause of Christmas. Money in their hands, however, no help to be found anywhere. Would not recommend this place to my friends at this time. read more

I have had good service from them in the past, so I was shocked when I got such poor service when I placed an order on July 3. I paid for priority mail and my order did not even go out till Monday ,5 days later. When I questioned them they said they were closed for the long weekend. When I asked to be reimbursed for the priority shipping I paid for and didn't get , ( asked since no where checkout did it say priority shipping was not available at that time )they said no and that they hope I had a good holiday weekend. They have not responded to my emails since , ignoring the fact that I am a unhappy customer , I am very disappointed with them and their customer service. read more
