The Lululemon at Burlington Mall is very nice! Pretty big location and I'd say, is the biggest store location that we have in Massachusetts... bigger than Natick & SSP. Very spacious, has a lot of inventory it seems like, and staff is nice. Their sales section was not too shabby either. Checked out their store after Christmas and there was a lot on sale! Definitely a lululemon convert. Never owned any until the lady put me on and I like their clothing especially for lounge wear and gym clothes. This location is clean, and racks are always in order. They always seem to have full size runs and plenty of the seasons colors in stock. Most of the stores have a very small guys section in general, but i think the company is getting a little better on that. They have some of the clearance racks in back by the fitting rooms and their staff is pretty attentive anytime we've popped in. Thumbs up! read more

Worst customer service. I was next in line to check out and one of three girls that had just finished with a customer just left without saying anything. The other two were working one resister and chatting up the customer with them. This went on for 5 minutes while the lineup grew. I left without my large purchase, and will make sure I never shop in this location again. read more

I came here a few days before Black Friday and they had full stock of everything on the floor! And everything was so tidy and neat, and what was even more nice was the range of sizes and colors they had on the legging wall. I came in here to grab a new pair of leggings and they had so many great styles, sizes, and color options. Great selection of items all around, this is a pretty big Lulu store too so lots of space to move around as you browse. It didn't feel crammed or crowded -- even during busy shopping season! read more

Yoga Clothing store....Ohmmmmmm my..... This place was one of those wonderful discoveries on a field trip to the mall. My first thought was what is a Lululemon? Next thought was to step in and find out. They have both yoga/sport clothing for women and men. As in most stores, the women's section is 90% for the store and the men 10%. My girl friends believe that is because men only use 10% of their brains. I always reply "That much, WOW!" Actually the prices are high but the styles and quality are superb. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer workshops and classes sometimes before the store opens. So stop in and check it out! read more

Yes it's pricey but the quality is fantastic and you will feel fabulous wearing their clothes whether you are working out in them or just lounging around. I always felt like a stranger before, whenever I went into LuLu land... I'm slowly but surely starting to feel more like a bonafide Lemonhead, thanks, in large part, to the great customer service I've gotten here. I purchased my first two Lulu tops here, and the ladies in the fitting room area were great: they got me more sizes, different styles that they thought I'd enjoy, etc., and all was good with the world (except my burgeoning credit card balance). I was blissfully unaware of any potential problems, but the moment I took my Wunder Unders (purchased from another store) out of the delicate cycle, I knew something was horribly, terribly wrong. They were washed with only my other LuLu things, turned inside out, the whole shebang, so it's not as if I tossed it in there with my pill-laden cotton sweaters or anything... but out came a pair of fuzzy-banded WUs that were just over a week old! WhAT!#(*&#Q --yes, this was exact reaction, with the ampersands and everything. So I freaked and called the Burlington store since they're closest to me, and they said they'd be more than happy to help me out in person to come up with the best solution. So, of course, being the extreme Type A that I am, I went there literally right after I hung up the phone. I grabbed my still-cold-from-the-wash WUs, and rushed to the mall. The girls who helped me were fantastic, and were able to hook me up with a new pair of WUs while taking in my damaged goods. RIP, my trusty albeit defective Luon of 8 days, and hello, newbies! It was quick, easy, and painless... and I can assure you that $82 price tag is actually VERY well worth it for the quality (the new pants are great) and the level of attention from the people in the store. Anyone who knows me, or has briefly come in contact with me will know I am mildly obsessed with lululemon... okay, scratch that - I live and breathe and will die in lululemons. I've been a fan since they first arrived in Boston at the tiny showroom, and YES, you will gasp when you see their price tags, but don't let that stop you from going to the fitting room, because the gasp will quickly turn into sheer delight. Their pants fit like none other, and their tops are cute yet functional. I have clothing from them that I purchased and worn over and over for 3 years now and still in great condition! This Burlington location in particular is my fave because it's not only close to work (lulu lunchbreaks!), but the staff is super friendly, and the inventory is always changing and fully-stocked. Can't wait until their online store releases (april 1)... I'll be shopping during work... *ugh* trouble.... read more

Lululemon makes me want to wear yoga clothes all day long. And I kind of do. I managed to get a pair of pinstripe loose-ish yoga pants that I can dress up with some heels and a button down shirt enough to wear to dressy-ish places. Amazing. I also have the baggy studio pant that I wear out shopping without feeling like I am revealing every curve. And then to the gym I wear the true yoga pants. I love that they are tight enough at the waist (without digging in) so that they don't drift down every few minutes as I run. The sales staff are really helpful here. It's nice that they will shorten your pants if you need to, even the capris. This is something they offer free of cost. The sales people will just measure the pants for you in the fitting room area, and you can pick them up a couple of days later. This means you can take the Tall pants, too, so you get a broader color selection. There are weekly zumba and yoga classes offered for free in the store. I have never gone, but I have heard good things. It might seem like a splurge, but if you don't want to skimp on quality, this is the place. Just check out the sale racks. They change every couple of weeks, from what I can tell. And beware, you'll probably never want to wear anything else once you try this stuff on. read more

This store is great. I have been here a few times and it has always been a positive shopping experience. The staff is so incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to go the extra mile to get me what I need. They even offered to hem my sweatpants free of charge. I have never even considered hemming a pair of sweat pants. As a single dad, I brought my children with me on one occasion and they put me in a huge dressing room complete with toys for the kids and offered to get me anything I needed so I could tend to my pint-sized entourage. These ladies rock! More retail stores should take notes from these women at lululemon. Thank you. I will definitely return. read more

Friendly and Excellent Service. Not being very familiar with the Lululemon stores I did however go shopping to find some leggings for my daughter. Upon entering the store in the Burlington Mall I was immediately greeted with a smile and hello from Brendon. Along with, was there anything he could do to assist me. I explained what I was hoping to find and my unfamiliarity with the brand. He listened patiently and found the perfect Lululemon leggings for me to give my daughter. He also answered my many questions without any condensation. And finally he informed me of the repair service that was available. I had brought in an older pair of my daughter's leggings for sizing that were also in need of repair. Great, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service will have me returning! read more

Would I walk into any store and drop $58 on a t shirt? Oh hells no! But they must pump something into the air at lululemon cuz that is just what I did today. The yoga pants take 10lbs off me and their jackets are to die for, and the T shirts and tank tops are the best I've even laid my hands on. Seriously! I'm a target/old navy regular, always shopping in the clearance section with a coupon, but something about the clothes at lululemon makes me willingly pay top $$ for their stuff. I'm running a 5k at my alma mata in September and wanted something cute to wear and that is just what I got. It makes me want to go for a run right now just so I can wear my cool stuff! My only one (tiny) complaint is that the service can be hit or miss here. One time I spent over $200 here and the guy at the register jammed everything into one of their tiniest bags... really you couldn't spring for the bigger bag? read more

Has a better selection than the prudential center store and the Newbury store (only because it's so small) and I managed to snag quite a few items on the sale rack. read more

I like Lululemon, because it's one of the few stores that my boyfriend and I both like to shop at. I for one love the "Boogie On" shorts, despite the hefty price tag that comes attached to these little things (and by little I mean tiny). These shorts are great for running and look absolutely amazing on. My only qualm with this store is that their ladies section obviously caters to females who wear smaller sizes. I'm a size four and even I feel like a fat cow in Lululand. I honestly don't think I would feel comfortable shopping here if I was anything over a size 6...which is pretty ridiculous considering the average American woman wears a size 14. read more

It was just a funny story that reminded me of the store's name. I just have to say "Wow". Lululemon's athletic apparel looks to be made of high quality material and is designed to be both functional and flattering. If it functions as good as it looks, then it is worth every penny. Service is great. It's a bonus that classes are held in store for free. Who else does that? I was disappointed with the quality of an item I had bought online and the store representatives, Lynn, was attentive, addressed my needs, and helped me find new apparel that worked much better. For the price you pay at this store, it means the world when you have the right people helping and taking care of you. I don't always feel that the service is perfect at other Lululemon locations, so I was impressed by working with Lynn. I love shopping at lululemon , and found out recently that if you are a healthcare worker, first responder or military, lululemon will offer you 25% off your purchase in store only. I was at the Burlington mall today and was going to check out and asked do you still offer the 25% off for healthcare workers? The clerk said " yes we do" I said great. He said all I need is your badge. I said badge? Yes he said at the facility where you work. I said I have my license from the state of Massachusetts . He looked at me weird. I'm a dental hygienist. He said hold on and went to a manager and came back and said I'm sorry you're not a real healthcare worker. What?? I was thinking. I left the store without purchasing and came home and got on their website and started a live chat, after about 20 mins. I was still told it was only for healthcare workers. I explained that I was indeed a healthcare worker at one at risk, just as much as a nurse or Doctor. I am so upset and angered that healthcare workers can get a discount, but hygienist are not a healthcare worker in the eyes of lululemon. read more

Lululemon is an exorbitantly expensive yoga shop, and I'm admittedly a sucker for it. The yoga pants (my favorite being the "pure" style) are indescribably awesome. Whether crops or full-length, they make getting ready for yoga enjoyable. Then they make practicing yoga even more enjoyable than it otherwise would be. Regardless of what pose I'm moving into, these pants move with me, and they are so frigging soft and comfortable on my skin. I don't know how I can be so in love with pants, but I am. It's like I'm living in "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," except my pants don't travel. And they aren't jeans. I take care of them like my children, washing them only on the "super extra delicate" cycle with the most gentle of detergents, and of course I would never throw them in the dryer. I want them to last forever. I never thought I'd become one of those lame designer whores, but it kind of looks like I have. read more

LOVE lululemon products. Over the past 3 yrs I have bought over 10 pairs of pants, multiple shirts, shorts, bras and jackets. Amazing experience at the Kittery, ME and Portsmouth, NH locations. I also have the instructor membership. I went into this store today and had a horrible experience with one of the employees. The experience ended with me in a pair of leggings and her telling me very condescendingly "well maybe you should be wearing a different size" because you could see my underwear through them. After I changed, I have never felt more unwelcome in a store, I quickly bought my items (not the leggings, but a sweater and headbands) and left. It's so great to be able to shop around without being hassled to get into a fitting room. Even though Lululemon Athletica is very pricey, the clothing itself lasts and lasts. I have washed my workout clothing over 100x and it's still retained it's shape and color. The staff is very knowledgeable and I trust their opinion because they are athletes themselves.
