My friend and I came into the store to do some simple browsing, minding our own business. A few minutes after feeling some eyes on us, one of the women got on the phone. I didn't think much of it until we realized that the woman was talking about us on the phone.. right in front of us. Whomever she was talking about, she was reciting our very moves. It was unnerving. She started to deliberately follow us around the store and continue to talk about us behind our backs.. but literally right in front of our faces. While we peacefully browsed, she would stand there and watch us, follow us and continue to stand and watch wherever we browsed. It was extremely uncomfortable and we felt so judged. After a few snarky comments, right before we were about to buy something and get out of there (we were fed up with the treatment we were receiving) the woman actually told us to get out. Her voice was laced with so much disgust and filth. We were treated like dirt. Incredibly rude. Will never, ever be returning ever again. I would give this review 0 stars if I could. read more

great store with great employees... I was nervous to walk in this store with a similar experience to the one located in belmont. So. First thing, store is large and has huge variety!! I love that it has a lot of space and great presentation. There were a lot of unique items that i normally will not find for fashions... Defintely liking all the color!! Stuff for me and my mom and all generations! Second, the employees greeted nicely with a hello and were very helpful and friendly. The lady name honey was especially personable and very knowledgable. Third, i am now relieved to find that i can step into this store again with larger variety and welcoming people!! Yay! :-) Will stop in here again when im in the area :-) read more

New around this town. Saw this place and decided to give it a chance. There was 2 worker at the front desk. No one greeted us into the store. I made eye contact with both of the ladies; no words. Walking around the store made me and my cousins feel uncomfortable. We just felt eyes on us, like we didn't belong here. The energy in the store= wack. Around 5 minutes later, we walked out. I visited the store in Marblehead and one sales person was nice, the other acted like I was a homeless person. The quality of most of the merchandise is very nice, however a lot is horrible and the prices outrageous. I will not spend $79 on a flimsy cotton T-shirt. Naturally, the store caters to the Marblehead elite. How do they know that I am not a millionaire? I was hardly dressed like a slob. After I left there I went to Surfaces down the street and dropped a bundle. Too bad Irresitibles. read more
