I've been trying to get into my sisters closet for weeks! What does she hide in there? She never lets me read her password journal so I was honestly just curious to all that she could be hiding from me. Her friend Stacey ALWAYS tries to get us alone when they hang out. I have been coming here for years and I love this store. The owner Jessica and her staff are very friendly and helpful. I consign and buy. They have a wonderful selection. Most recently after eyeing and trying on LV bags for years, I finally made the decision and got the LV bag of my dreams. Her no pressure sales technique and genuine warmth were greatly appreciated. I purchased a Kate Spade bag on Instagram early in the week. I was able to pay by Venmo and said I'd be in to pick it up in a few days. It was no problem. I was unable to get there until the end of the week and they were happy to hold the bag for me. I went in with my Aunt to pick it up. I loved the ambiance of the store. Everything was easy to find and the selection was amazing!! I loved the way the mannequin's were styled and I wanted it all! My Aunt found a Kate Spade bag as well to purchase. The girls in the store were friendly and helpful and fun to talk too. They also have an active Instagram page with updates all the time, and their response time is quick which is great for me where I work in an office and can send a message to purchase!! The ladies here went over and above to help my husband find the very perfect Louis Vuitton bag for my birthday gift. And when I say over and above, I mean - my husband and son came to the store at least 4 times (to look at a new bag that came in on consignment), asked hundreds of questions, looked at a handful of bags that weren't "right". So over the course of the next few weeks they were in phone contact with my husband trying to track down "the bag". 2 days before my birthday he finally let me in on the search - and brought me in. Needless to say we walked out with my very first Lois Vuitton bag. These gals went over and above the call of customer service, without ever knowing if my husband would actually pull the trigger on an expensive bag. I think it's important to mention that my husband walked in in work boots and they treated him each time as if was not a guy more comfortable in a garage than a boutique discussing women's pocketbooks! I see a lot of great reviews and I'm sure the workers are great people but I didn't have a good experience and it's only fair to see the good and the bad-especially when you're considering buying $1000+ items from them! So I inquired about a bag posted on their Instagram; asked about the payment process if they charge sales tax if I pay with cashapp venmo etc, some consignment stores or luxury re sellers will discount items if those payments are used, and word for word her response was "Tax is the law (:" Ok, is she right? Yes of course! But is that a way to talk to a new and potentially big spending customer? I feel insulted! Needless to say it was off-putting, especially when I told her Im all set with buying she replied with "it's sold!". The brief experience was enough to give me the those cliquey Mean Girls high school vibes, n made me go hmm.. But that's just me! read more

This store is amazing. I stopped in on Saturday for the first time and ended up finding a fabulous Marc Jacobs bag for a very reasonable price. It made my day. My friend ended up purchasing several items, too. The shop is small, but has a great and well-edited selection of apparel, shoes, and accessories. Lots of NWT items and clothing in pristine condition. Prices were reasonable, too. I think the owner was working that day. If so, she was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. Horrible service. Asked to see more pictures of an item and said I would get them only if it "did not sell overnight". I waited the weekend for her response to an item that was NOT SOLD and messaged again. She saw my message and completely ignored my request to see more pictures that weren't stock photos from the actual designer website. If I am spending $$$ I don't want pictures from the website especially from a consignment (which they do for a lot of high end items). Are they expecting me to make a purchase without seeing pictures of condition especially if one cannot make it to the store due to the pandemic? Because that won't be happening. My friend had warned me of her experience and sadly it was the same. read more

Absolutely love consigning here. Jess is so punctual and always has paid me right when I asked if any of my items are sold. She keeps track of all the items you bring and when they sell they get automatically put in your account. I thought she priced all of the items fairly too. 100% recommend this place! read more

The staff is incredibly rude. I am new to the area and stopped by to bring some of my clothes by (to sell). I didnt realize I would need an appointment. I was fine with just coming back after making an appointment, we I 2qent in an extreme rush to sell. The woman was rude and snobby saying "You can't just walk in here with clothes without an appointment." And was sort of laughing sarcastically at me for even thinking I could do such a thing. Regardless of the clothing they sell, I would never give further business to this place due to their lack of professionalism and snobby attitudes. read more

The staff was quite rude the first time I went in there. The merchandise was okay, but the service attitude definitely made it not worth being there so I left without purchasing anything. I've been coming here since this location opened, and now I go to both this location and the Charlestown location. I shop here and consign here frequently. It's definitely worth trying both because they usually spread the good stuff out between the two. If you see something on their facebook or instagram that you love, they'll also bring it to the other location if that's easier for you. The owner Jess is so nice. You meet her once and feel like you've been friends with her forever. I think that's why she has become so successful in a sea of consignment shops that aren't all doing as well as she is. That and she gets great bags/clothes/jewelry! Especially high end bags if that's your thing. read more
