The ladies are so wonderful. Walking into this tiny shop is like walking into your grandmother's living room. The ladies are helpful and pleasant. But they leave you to shop. Not that you can go far! The knick knacks and costume jewelry are the highlight of NATS. THE BAD: The clothes are dated, and I think most are donated by those aforementioned lovely old ladies themselves. Unfortunately, I didn't have quite the same experience here. The location is right on a main road and the parking lot is pretty small, maybe around 9 cars total. There is some street parking, but when I went, it was all taken, so getting in and out could definitely be a little chaotic with the traffic. Inside, the store was pretty organized and they had a decent amount of kids' and men's clothing, but I found the selection of women's clothing to be pretty limited. They have a color-of-the-week sale for 50% off, as well as a $1.69 color-of-the-week deal. From what I understand, the tags change on Thursdays, although I'm not sure if that schedule is the same at every location. I've seen it that way at the Plainville location. I honestly didn't come across many $1.69 tags, and I just didn't find many great deals on the things I was looking for. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Not a bad thrift store overall, but compared to the other location I've visited, this one just didn't have as much that caught my eye.

They do have a $1 day on a designated tag color weekly, but you'll need to call to check the day. Majority of the few employees only speak Spanish but I rarely have any questions so it's not a problem for me. Lots of metered parking and a parking lot but I worry about getting blocked in, so street parking seems like the best option.

But I don't want to feel like I need to put on a Sunday outfit to go blow $50.00 on a piece of clothing.
