It is a non profit store with the proceeds going towards charities and scholarships, so I would be remiss for not saying right on for the work these good people do.... THE GOOD: The staff. The ladies are so wonderful. Walking into this tiny shop is like walking into your grandmother's living room. The ladies are helpful and pleasant. But they leave you to shop. Not that you can go far! The knick knacks and costume jewelry are the highlight of NATS. THE BAD: The clothes are dated, and I think most are donated by those aforementioned lovely old ladies themselves. THE UGLY: Not accessible. Closed in the summer. Stop by. Sit and chat for a while with the ladies. Buy some tchotchkes. Feel the love.

She has a laundry list of favorites, most of which I do not know of! I have lots to explore! So, this store has a mix of everything (furniture, clothing, household goods, home decoration items, etc etc etc!). I got a bagful of goodies ... some new neat vintage threads and home dec stuff! ... and best part is ... all at great prices! Very reasonable throughout the store...some of the vendors are pricier ... I held out on a figurine that I adored, but a little much for what it is. Store reminded me a lot of the Cambridge Antique store with the multiple booths and each booth can have a promotion going on (like 20%, 30% off everything etc). This store is very worthy of visiting again! And the store owner(s) there were so nice and welcoming. Jack had fun too :)

Evens&Oddities made up for this as my full haul from Massachusetts. I was impressed upon walking in. I felt like I'd walked into a wizards shop with so many trinkets and wares to pick from. The atmosphere is perfectly dark and eerie. The selection is so unique, I can't say I've seen very many chameleons and zebra skulls in every shop I've been to. The thing that really stood out to me was the pieces of art. Most oddities shops you walk into will sell individual bits and pieces but Kyle has done a beautiful job of turning the puzzle pieces into art. I felt I was really getting my moneys worth with stuff I can put on my walls and shelves. The shop owner is extremely kind and a joy to talk to!! Highly recommend this store if you are looking for some truly beautiful pieces made with heart and soul!!
