Some are patient and respectful while waiting. And then there are those who are the opposite. If you believe in social distancing due to the virus? Plan on becoming a moving target because some shoppers will crowd you. The store is ancient inside with older fixtures, but very clean... Everything is hung up or placed nearly on shelves, counters etc. Stock changes I believe daily..if you see something you want it's best not to think too long because it will probably be sold to someone else same day. The prices are usually excellent here and there are weekly daily sales. All the associates work hard and are very nice at this location. I feel we are very lucky to have them!

But my issue is that when I got home and added things up, I realized the cashier overcharged me $6. It's not the end of the world, but for people trying to save money or for those that don't have much to begin with, $6 can be a lot. Super unhappy he did this - maybe have him be more careful when ringing items bc it seems like he rang in something twice. Wish I had caught it while at the register.

I've been coming here every week for the past three months since my friend introduced me to it, and it's become one of my favorite places to shop. The selection is always changing and full of treasures - everything from stylish dresses and shoes to kids' clothes, toys, and household items. And the best part? Most of it is under $5 I've scored high-quality clothing and name-brand pieces for a fraction of retail prices. They also make it easy to make donations, and their stamp card rewards program is a great bonus: for every bag or box donations it's considered a stamp and $10 you spend, you get a stamp, and once you fill the card, your 11th visit comes with a 20% discount. It's such a nice way to give back to loyal customers. Purrfect Thrift is clean, well-organized, and run by friendly, helpful staff who clearly care about the store and their customers. If you're in the Hudson area and love thrifting or just enjoy finding a great deal, you have to check this place out. Total hidden gem!

Sure, there was a pair of Lily Pulitzer shoes, but I don't know if that even qualifies. The thing that really gets me is the fake crap. Fake Prada and Burberry bags are proudly displayed and sold. Not only illegal, fake designer stuff is usually manufactured by some sketchy people. The shop also sells an assortment of sanrio candy and small toys. So the store is bizarre in that aspect as well. Not a fan. I think the owner was at the desk the first time I went in, and was entirely too wrapped up in her phone call to greet me. The other time I went in a teenager was pleasant and greeted me and was lovely. No $25 Marc Jacobs for me :*( I guess if you need to go to the hardware store you can stop by....

Had you asked me a year ago if I enjoyed shopping at this thrift shop I would have told you "yes!"…read morebut within the past year the prices have gotten astronomical and their selection has gotten worse. Prices such as $2 for a tiny used roll of ribbon, $6 for a dirty planter, and $15-$20 for art for your home is crazy for a thrift store. Also, they have horrible water damage in their ceiling all over the place and haven't resolved it in the year it's been an issue. Mold can cause all kind of issues so I would never buy clothing from here anymore even if the prices were right. If they lowered their prices and fixed their water damage I would consider coming back, but until then I'll recommend skipping on this store.

Unfortunately, I didn't have quite the same experience here. The location is right on a main road and the parking lot is pretty small, maybe around 9 cars total. There is some street parking, but when I went, it was all taken, so getting in and out could definitely be a little chaotic with the traffic. Inside, the store was pretty organized and they had a decent amount of kids' and men's clothing, but I found the selection of women's clothing to be pretty limited. They have a color-of-the-week sale for 50% off, as well as a $1.69 color-of-the-week deal. From what I understand, the tags change on Thursdays, although I'm not sure if that schedule is the same at every location. I've seen it that way at the Plainville location. I honestly didn't come across many $1.69 tags, and I just didn't find many great deals on the things I was looking for. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Not a bad thrift store overall, but compared to the other location I've visited, this one just didn't have as much that caught my eye.
