It appears to depend on the day which & who - or should I use " whom"? will provide good customer service. I just decided awhile ago that it's The Salvation Army...not Nordstrom. There were a few items that when I saw their inflated made-up price tag ridiculously high, I thought, WHAT? But today didn't seem at all similar to previous excursions. I ended up with a large tote size bag loaded with all kinds of wonderful items for just under $25.00 I like that!

Sure, there was a pair of Lily Pulitzer shoes, but I don't know if that even qualifies. The thing that really gets me is the fake crap. Fake Prada and Burberry bags are proudly displayed and sold. Not only illegal, fake designer stuff is usually manufactured by some sketchy people. The shop also sells an assortment of sanrio candy and small toys. So the store is bizarre in that aspect as well. Not a fan. I think the owner was at the desk the first time I went in, and was entirely too wrapped up in her phone call to greet me. The ladies are so wonderful. Walking into this tiny shop is like walking into your grandmother's living room. The ladies are helpful and pleasant. But they leave you to shop. Not that you can go far! The knick knacks and costume jewelry are the highlight of NATS. THE BAD: The clothes are dated, and I think most are donated by those aforementioned lovely old ladies themselves. THE UGLY: Not accessible. Closed in the summer. Stop by. Sit and chat for a while with the ladies. Buy some tchotchkes. Feel the love.
