They have all the usual items a consignment/gift shop has including rugs, small & larger furniture bric-a-brac, and more. After we found out that they will custom paint items at no charge my friend found an item "in progress" and ended up with wet paint on her. It wasn't a catastrophe but there should have been a sign. Their hours are listed on their website as "fall hours" Wednesday - Saturday: 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. Not sure if they're changing for spring. I hope so because 11-4 four days a week stinks. The ladies were nice but the woman at the counter was chatting with a friend and I finally had to say that I was ready to check our after standing there for a few minutes. Not sure how long it would have taken for her to acknowledge me if I hadn't spoken up.

I don't understand the other reviews of this shop. I've popped in three times in the last two…read moreweeks and have yet to see any designer shoes or handbags, and I certainly don't consider mass produced mall store clothes to be "name brand designer" duds. Sure, there was a pair of Lily Pulitzer shoes, but I don't know if that even qualifies. The thing that really gets me is the fake crap. Fake Prada and Burberry bags are proudly displayed and sold. Not only illegal, fake designer stuff is usually manufactured by some sketchy people. The shop also sells an assortment of sanrio candy and small toys. So the store is bizarre in that aspect as well. Not a fan. I think the owner was at the desk the first time I went in, and was entirely too wrapped up in her phone call to greet me. The other time I went in a teenager was pleasant and greeted me and was lovely. No $25 Marc Jacobs for me :*( I guess if you need to go to the hardware store you can stop by....

It is a non profit store with the proceeds going towards charities and scholarships, so I would be remiss for not saying right on for the work these good people do.... THE GOOD: The staff. The ladies are so wonderful. Walking into this tiny shop is like walking into your grandmother's living room. The ladies are helpful and pleasant. But they leave you to shop. Not that you can go far! The knick knacks and costume jewelry are the highlight of NATS. THE BAD: The clothes are dated, and I think most are donated by those aforementioned lovely old ladies themselves. THE UGLY: Not accessible. Closed in the summer. Stop by. Sit and chat for a while with the ladies. Buy some tchotchkes. Feel the love.
