I have previously purchased items from this store back when you could make purchases via their website. Now if you aren't local, you can only buy things by watching their facebook live events or responding to items they post on various social media platforms. They rarely respond to social media messages, and the Facebook live process is a disaster. The instructions clearly state to comment sold and to indicate which item you are purchasing. This can't be done until the price of the item is announced. This process is rarely followed. Almost every time people comment sold without saying which item, say sold before the price is announced, or don't bother saying sold and say things like mine instead. It would be helpful to enforce the process so it is fair to everyone. They claim to not play favorites, but will hold items and wait for certain people to be watching before showing them. The entire buying process has become so rushed and pressured because you only have a few seconds to decide on an expensive purchase which can't be returned. The entire shopping process at J'adore has become so unpleasant that I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Michele the owner is knowledgeable, accommodating and so nice. I just purchased a ysl bag and couldn't be happier. She is very knowledgeable and prices all of her bags very well. if you are looking for a certain bag; she finds it! I was interested in knowing a price on a specific item and when I asked how much it was the answer i received was " Oh that's very expensive " I did not ask you to tell me how expensive it was, I asked specifically how much it was!!
