To explain, when the Patriots won their first Super Bowl in 2002, my dad, being the massive Patriots fan he is, decided to celebrate by buying my mom a clustered diamond ring, thus making it "her very own Super Bowl ring". Growing up, I always loved that ring, but loved even more seeing how happy my mom was every time she wore it. As I got older, Mom would always tell me that if anything were to ever happen to her one day, her rings would be passed on to me. She knew that the cluster style wasn't my favorite, so I promised her that I would take that ring and make it into something else that I would wear forever. Well, I kept my promise. Thanks to the recommendation from one of my and, honestly, my mom's favorite humans to ever exist. My fiancé and I took her Super Bowl ring down to Morgan's Jewelers in Wakefield on Valentine's Day this year and asked to have the diamonds from my mom's ring made into my wedding band, so that in this new chapter of my life, no matter what, she'll always be carried with me. My mom adored James with her whole heart, and I know that she is probably smiling in heaven knowing that my promise was kept and used on something that I'll wear for the rest of my life with the love of it as well. The guys at Morgan's are unbelievable. From the second we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and welcome. They didn't rush us at all while we talked about a design, and then made my band 10 times better than we had dreamed of. We are so grateful for the recommendation and the experience that we had at Morgan's, and would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend they for all your jewelry needs. I wish I could give a million star review because they deserve it

If you're looking for a jeweler who is skilled and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Morgan Jewelers! Their exceptional service has made me a loyal customer for life. Making big purchases is nerve-wracking. Making big purchases about things you know little to…read morenothing about is even worse! When my fiancé and I (at the time not yet engaged) decided we wanted to make the next big step in our relationship, the thought of meeting with a jeweler was daunting. Although we knew nothing about diamonds, we *did* know that we wanted to shop together, and we wanted to give our business to somewhere family-owned instead of a big box store. So we committed probably every faux pas known to jewelry-kind and walked into Elyse Jewelers without making any appointment, completely on whim. Richard and Christine were outstanding in every possible way. Not only were we completely clueless (AND had no prior appointment), but we really hadn't done any research or scoped out other jewelry stores. They took the time to sit with us and give us the best Introduction to Diamonds 101 primer we could've asked for. Everything from the grading scale to cost to distribution was highlighted. Richard was open and transparent, and not once did we feel rushed or pressured into making any purchases. Richard was open about how diamonds were priced and where Elyse Jewelers stood in the diamond-buying hierarchy. He took samples out to show us the differences in size and color and emphasized the importance of cut. By the time we were done being thoroughly educated, we were both positive we would be coming back to make our future purchases here (with a proper appointment of course). During our next visit Richard discussed designs and styles. I knew I wanted a particular look, but I was struggling to articulate it -- Richard was able to translate my idea into a custom design that perfectly fit what I had in mind! Each step of the process was really fun and exciting. Being able to see a paper sketch transform into a 3D rendered model and then into a wax replica was admittedly way cooler than my fiancé and I anticipated. Richard was very upfront during each step and reminded us that if we wanted changes or adjustments we shouldn't be afraid to speak up! My fiancé's proposal was wonderful and memorable to me -- at the same time, I think the experience of creating the ring together from start to finish was something really special for both of us. Knowing we had something designed specifically to complement the stone we selected and fit well with my hand goes beyond any expectations I had at the beginning. I felt like we were collaborating with an artisan instead of just another customer. We can't wait to go back and look at wedding bands!

This shop differs from other local antique shops in that it sells more small pieces and collectibles, rather than large pieces of expensive furniture and framed paintings. It's a much cozier and more welcoming feel than the showroom-style places nearby where you're scared to touch anything with a price tag on it. I wasn't particularly impressed with the website but since the reviews were good I thought I'd give them a chance. This place exceeded my wildest expectations! First of all, I love that it is a family owned business. There are two brothers that own and operate the place. I worked with Brahim on the design of my custom engagement ring. I had been shopping with my girlfriend a few places but she could never seem to find a ring that she totally loved. I went to Brahim with a number of ideas for what I wanted to include in a ring. Brahim was completely professional as he worked with the ideas that I wanted creating sketches and even offering a few ideas for stuff that I hadn't even thought of. He also wasn't pushy about me getting anything too expensive and even suggested that if I wanted to buy the diamond from someone else and bring it to him that would be fine. He's not in the diamond business but did a search for me and in the end actually found a perfect diamond at a great price from someone he knew in the industry. Not to mention the fact that his prices are extremely fair! Having looked at plenty of ring settings and prices his quote was almost equivalent to those at other places that aren't custom made! Once we had agreed on a design in just 3 weeks he was done! The ring came out absolutely perfect and exactly as he had described it would. He actually ended up adding 4 extra diamonds in the band and he didn't even charge me extra for them! Not to mention, every time I went back to him he would even remember my name. Needless to say my fiancé completely loved the ring! She said it was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. I have already recommended Brahim to a friend who's getting engaged soon and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for custom jewelry. Brahim was an absolute pleasure to work for, guarantees all his work at no extra charge and delivers nothing but quality product. 5 Stars! UPDATE: I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didn't quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize...no questions asked! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with! Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot!

All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. Check out the picture below.and you will see what a great job they did helping me to replace this very important piece of jewelry that never came off my finger for nearly 35 years. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I was very sad when I first reached out to them, but they may be very happy with the quality of product that they created from scratch. Check out the picture below for proof.
