When I lost my mom in 2022, my dad had given me her wedding and engagement rings and a ring we infamously have come to know as her "Super Bowl Ring". To explain, when the Patriots won their first Super Bowl in 2002, my dad, being the massive Patriots fan he is, decided to celebrate by buying my mom a clustered diamond ring, thus making it "her very own Super Bowl ring". Growing up, I always loved that ring, but loved even more seeing how happy my mom was every time she wore it. As I got older, Mom would always tell me that if anything were to ever happen to her one day, her rings would be passed on to me. She knew that the cluster style wasn't my favorite, so I promised her that I would take that ring and make it into something else that I would wear forever. Well, I kept my promise. Thanks to the recommendation from one of my and, honestly, my mom's favorite humans to ever exist. My fiancé and I took her Super Bowl ring down to Morgan's Jewelers in Wakefield on Valentine's Day this year and asked to have the diamonds from my mom's ring made into my wedding band, so that in this new chapter of my life, no matter what, she'll always be carried with me. My mom adored James with her whole heart, and I know that she is probably smiling in heaven knowing that my promise was kept and used on something that I'll wear for the rest of my life with the love of it as well. The guys at Morgan's are unbelievable. From the second we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and welcome. They didn't rush us at all while we talked about a design, and then made my band 10 times better than we had dreamed of. We are so grateful for the recommendation and the experience that we had at Morgan's, and would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend they for all your jewelry needs. I wish I could give a million star review because they deserve it read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Morgan Jewelers and I am beyond impressed. I needed a custom piece of jewelry on a very tight timeline, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I brought in an engagement ring that I wanted to redesign + reuse some elements of it to create my wedding band - complicated to say the least, Morgan Jeweler's made it easy and it was reasonably priced! From the warm welcome to the patient design process, their attention to detail was outstanding. The final piece exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a jeweler who is skilled and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Morgan Jewelers! Their exceptional service has made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you for creating something truly remarkable! read more

Can I give 10 stars?!?! This place is wonderful!! I needed a watch battery replaced today, and they took me right away and replaced the watch battery within about 10 minutes. Then when I went to pay, I was told it was only $4!!!! The two men working there were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Spread the word about this spot. It is a gem. read more

They are very friendly and long time residents of the area. They are a little pricy, but I would rather support a local business than a large chain. We had a ring resized and they did a good job. read more

Had my necklaces and bracelets for 3 weeks. Never fixed anything and removed the lobster claw clasp off my necklace and they tell me it never had one on it. I told them it had a gold clasp on it. They are not reputable. Stay away from them unless you take pictures before you leave there. read more

Morgan jewelers is the best! They can fix anything, always willing to go all out. They always give you an estimate and more than not, repairs are less than initial estimate. I highly recommend them!!!! read more

I just had a great experience with Morgan Jewelers. I needed a ring altered slightly, which I had actually bought somewhere else, and they were kind enough to do the work for no charge! I didn't even need buy anything; they are just that kind. By the way, they have some really nice pieces in their jewelry cases! read more

A couple of good local guys who do great work. They made a custom engagement ring for my wife last year that came out perfect. Whenever we go out, my wife receives so many compliments on her ring. Don't go to the mall and give some random corporation money, support your local small business. read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. My ring is originally from brilliant earth, and to get it resized through them It would've taken many weeks in would've been a few hundred dollars. I called around to other big jewelry stores, and it was the same deal. I went to these guys on a whim, and based on good reviews, and they were able to get my ring back to me in a matter of days.l despite the holiday rush. They were so kind and my ring looks amazing, and its was the most affordable! Not that jewelry issues are common, but I will absolutely be using them and recommending them to friends and family. read more

I droped off a sterling silver ring to be sized. My fault I didn't ask the price. When I picked it up i was stunned that the cost was $50.!!!!!!!!! The ring isn't worth $40!!!!! read more

These guys are the best! I got engaged 2 months ago, but my ring was way too big. But due to covid, almost everything has been shut down. Well these guys were open and were very "socially distance" aware. I found them by googling the best jewelers in the north shore and they kept popping up as #1. Then I compared that to their yelp reviews and they haven't had ANY bad reviews. When I went in, they had my ring resized within 1 hour! They were soo nice. They even gave me a discount for me & my fiancé's veteran status. Definitely only plan to go there for any jewelry needs from now on! Thank you guys! read more

Incredible experience. I went in needing 2 things - a ring sizing done as my ring was going to be resized for free by the company that made it, but I needed the size before mailing it in. The other thing I needed was some watch links removed. They were able to do the sizing for free and the link removal for just a few bucks.. really nice guys and had great conversations with them as well while waiting (I believe about football and baseball) read more

Called to see about setting a new stone in a ring I carefully commissioned with an artist. My inquiry was met with a condescending lecture on how I "should" have gone about designing the ring. Bad form to insult a potential customer. read more

Very courteous, quick, and responsive service! Got my engagement ring cleaned here and it came out great!

These guys literally made my marriage possible! I came to Morgan Jeweler's via a woman in my office whose parents loved the store. So I went on a whim - I was desperate. My fiance and I decided to elope. Hurray! We went in search of a jeweler who could take a family ring of mine and custom make both my and my new husband's wedding bands using the diamonds - in three weeks. Had to have rings, or couldn't get married in St. Lucia (super specific wedding requirements!). Phil was amazing. I went to the store with just my family's ring and no real idea of what I was looking for, and Bill drew out a couple of designs that were great, but then later that night I found exactly what I was looking for in a Google images search, emailed it to them and voila - the design I was looking for (with a minor tweak that made it BETTER!) was created. My husband's ring is exactly what he wanted, and they were able to tweak his design as well to truly make it a custom fit. Between coming in before deadline, right on budget (with exceptional prices, to boot!) and with stunning craftmanship, I couldn't have been happier, except... My husband also bought my wedding gift here. Knowing I have eclectic taste, and having only met me once or twice, Phil was able to steer him from the direction of what he was thinking (something nice) to something that was a little more unusual (and amazing and perfect). I cannot recommend this store enough - as newly minted Melrosians, our plan is for this to be our family jewelry store. I smile EVERY time I drive by! Go here, you won't regret it! read more

Excellent! Friendly! Professional! I called Morgan's in an act of desperation as I needed some jewelry cleaned for a special event. My original plan fell through and I was left searching for someone else, so I gave Morgan's a call. Without hesitation they told me to "come on by"...within an hour my jewelry was cleaned beautifully and with a sense of pride in their work. Best part...they don't charge to clean jewelry. Bonus! read more

Morgan Jewelers is seriously amazing!!! My husband took my solitaire engagement ring and wedding bands (which were soldered together) in and asked if a halo could be added on. Phil did everything he could to make sure I got my dream ring. I literally couldn't be any happier with how my ring turned out. And he unsoldered my rings perfectly. Seriously if you want a halo added to your ring or any upgrades done Morgan jewelers is the place to go. You will NOT be disappointed!! read more

I went to browse some jewelry on my lunch hour, and walked into Morgan's at Clackamas Town center. I was greeted by Nicole, who showed me some beautiful but casual pieces, just what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt very comfortable with her. She offered to clean my rings, which I know is generally a way to keep you browsing longer, but I said yes. I was glad I did, as my time with Nicole was fun, I found a beautiful ring, and I have never had my own rings look so gorgeous and sparkly! She did a fantastic job, and I will be going back to Nicole and Morgan's for anything I need in the future. They get five stars!! read more

I have been around costume jewelry my entire life. I know glass from rhinestone from zircon to diamonds. I know craft. I also prefer semi to precious. They have a wide array of both. Even though you must be buzzed in, the vibe is very laid back. Somehow a silver band I've had on my left hand since I was in my 30's split. I Googled jewelry repair, as one does, and found this place. It was the best rated one in the area & having just moved to this side of town I'm learning, what a find! I got my ring back good as New in 24 hours! And I look forward to shopping there. Truly unique place. Tell them Lisa sent you. I don't know if that will make any difference but it sure would be fun for me. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Worst customer service I've ever had. Zero understanding and flexibility when it comes to returning an item that wasn't even worn more than a few hours. I was told that there was a 60 day return policy and I tried to return it a few days after 30 days and they said that theres nothing they could do because it's actually a 30 day return policy, despite what I was told. Worst experience and waste of 3 thousand dollars. DO NOT SUPPORT this business by purchasing anything from them. They sell banged up, already scratched items and try to up-charge everything. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

i recently was at the mall and decided to have my ring cleaned. While the woman was checking over my ring before cleaning, she "noticed" that I had several loose stones in my ring and that it should be sent out to be fixed, with a price of $700. Having bought my ring at Morgan jewelers, I brought it to them to check out. I was told that my ring was in perfect condition and did not need any work. I am so thankful for their honesty and they cleaned it up and made it look like new. I will never go anywhere else! read more

I heard they do custom work...Do not deal with Bill! Philip, great! Bill... so not! Bill is rude, condescending and doesn't listen to what you want. Makes you feel bad about your ideas and choices, as in, 'silly woman, you think that would look good?' Not literally, but that's how he made me feel. I wanted to do something with my grandmother's ring (who had recently passed) and had some ideas. I will never walk through that door again! I felt deflated and defeated. read more

Thank you for working with my husband to design my gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band. They are perfect! Not only do I love my rings, but I've also had wonderful customer service every time I've stopped in. I even had them fix a gold bracelet that I had been told was a lost cause. read more

I've gone to this store a few times for random things and they were able to help me every single time. The first time was to get Jewelry appraised. It took less than half an hour and the documentation was emailed to me the next day. Sandra on email is extremely helpful. Another time I went in to get a chain fixed, they said it wasn't worth fixing but were able to recommend a better chain to get which was great quality not as expensive as I expected and made for a perfect gift. All the jewelry in there is of great quality, the customer service is incredible, and they are open at convenient hours. Don't bother going to Zales or any other chain stop into your local jeweler for a great experience. I will recommend this to friends and I will be going back. read more

This is a great store. I love that it's a small, local business. The gentleman who run the store are so knowledgeable and kind. I've purchased new pieces there and had repairs done. I needed my engagement ring sized and was prepared to hear it would take a week or more. Imagine my surprise when the owner said 3 hours! Service at Morgan Jewelers is professional, friendly, prompt, and affordable. I was in dire need of replacing a very special piece of jewelry and decided to try MJs out for the first time. I could not be happier with how the final product came out. I had such a great experience with Morgan Jewlers! I went to Morgan Jewlers feeling completely undecided on how to design my wedding band - I had a few different diamonds from family members that I wanted to incorporate into a band, but was having a hard time envisioning how to put them all together. My husband and I worked with Bill, who drew out suggestions of how to design the band. He developed a wax molding of the band so we could see it and approve it before anything was put together. The final product was better than I could have imagined! Everyone at Morgan Jewlers was extremely professional and communicated the progress of my ring with me frequently. I would highly recommend their custom designs! read more

Morgan Jewelers is wonderful! I had taken my original engagement ring to be re sized here and they did a lovely job. Not long after having my ring resized it had gotten stolen. My fiances mother was kind enough to have given her previous one to me... Very beautiful ring to say the least... Only problem is, it was yellow gold. I own nothing but silver and white gold so I needed to have it plated to a more white like appearance. I have taken my second ring here to be rhodium plated twice. This small town jeweler never dissappoints. They also have quite a selection of beautiful pieces, from chains to watches to earrings, you name it. Very pleased with their businness. I intend to be returning for years to come! read more

I can't say enough good things about Morgan jewelers. I had a very old, very worn, very beat up ring that belonged to my grandmother. It needed a lot of work done to fix it, but they were willing to take on the job. After talking to them a few times, it was decided it was best to recreate the ring using the gold from the original ring and I was able to add a stone from my great grandmother's ring, incorporating two heirloom pieces into one. Wow! What a beautiful piece they created! And at a very reasonable price! I am in love with my ring that has such special meaning. They were very patient with me and excited to take this project on. Their pride in their work shows in this BEAUTIFUL ring that I will treasure always. I highly recommend Morgans jewelers. read more

My husband was given his great-great grandmothers engagement ring and we needed it appraised, resized, and rhodium dipped. I found Morgan's on Yelp and was very impressed with their ratings and comments and I can see why! They were great and explained things in a way that made sense and did not feel like you were being pressured. I ended up leaving my wedding bands to get cleaned and will come back for other appraisals. I loved learning that my ring was so old (1900s!) and that the cut isn't even made anymore! They showed me the ins and outs of the ring and let me see things through the microscope and I felt confident leaving my rings with them. Wonderful experience! read more

My boyfriend and I weren't sure who to trust for a new engagement setting after he proposed with my mother's 40 year old solitaire. Enter Yelp....consistent 5 star reviews don't lie! Do yourself a favor and go visit Bill and Phil instead of visiting a big chain jeweler! They've been at it 30 years and know their stuff! Even with 2-3 other customers in the store, Bill and Phil make you feel like you're their only customer. Somehow I never waited more than a few minutes for Bill or Phil either. I was never rushed and never felt like I was being helped by a "salesman". They even stayed open past closing on a Friday for me to pick up my ring! Prices were very reasonable. They'll also clean your jewelry for free as they say, "If you look good, we look good!". Well, thank you Bill and Phil because my ring finger looks damn good!!! See you soon for wedding rings! read more
