Wouldn't go anywhere else for wedding rings!…read more My husband worked closely with Lisa and Jimmy to design my engagement ring centered around his late grandmother's stone and it was more than I could've even imagined! When it came time for our wedding bands, we couldn't imagine going anywhere else! They took their time with us trying on different bands/styles to go with my engagement ring and ultimately decided on one that matched perfectly. My husband brought his late grandfather's band in to be refinished and resized and not only did it fit perfectly, it looked brand new! We have so much more appreciation for The Jewelry after hearing horror stories about the big jewelers/chains. We've referred a few friends here and they've all had great experiences; highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to look at my watch carefully, explained what was going on, and handled the repair quickly and confidently. What really stood out was their honesty and customer-first attitude. There was zero pressure, no upselling, and no runaround -- just straightforward, knowledgeable service from people who clearly take pride in their work. It's refreshing to find a local business that treats customers this well and operates with real integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy jeweler for repairs, purchases, or just expert advice, I highly recommend The Jewelry Vault. I'll definitely be coming back and sending others their way.

A Tale Of Two Rings…read more I went into Longs with a friend who was shopping for a ring. She tried on quite a few diamonds and gemologist, Retno, was super helpful. Then I spotted a second ring that seemed perfect for my son and his fiance. Retno took some time with me to look at the second ring, and she treated my son like royalty when he came back a few days later to buy it. I won't mention which is which, but one ring was a much more substantial purchase. Nevertheless, both people received star treatment from Retno. She even appraised the ring for my son while we waited. Incredible service and she made a special day even better than we could have imagined. And the ring? It fit perfectly and looks lovely - and of course she said yes! Thanks, Retno and Longs. We hope this is the beginning of two beautiful relationships!

When I asked about the appraisal, the first questions from the Long's representative was "did you buy it here?" When I said no, their entire attitude changed. I was persona non grata. I was nobody. They could have cared less about my business or interacting with me. They told me I could go to the website and schedule an appointment in late January Before I left I asked where their watches were as I thought I'd take a look. The representative pointed towards them. I walked over and there were 2 salespersons there, neither of which asked if they could help me. I just left. Won't go back. I buy 2-3 watches a year but it won't be from Longs. They might want to watch "Pretty Woman"....mistake...huge mistake.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the website but since the reviews were good I thought I'd give them a chance. This place exceeded my wildest expectations! First of all, I love that it is a family owned business. There are two brothers that own and operate the place. I worked with Brahim on the design of my custom engagement ring. I had been shopping with my girlfriend a few places but she could never seem to find a ring that she totally loved. I went to Brahim with a number of ideas for what I wanted to include in a ring. Brahim was completely professional as he worked with the ideas that I wanted creating sketches and even offering a few ideas for stuff that I hadn't even thought of. He also wasn't pushy about me getting anything too expensive and even suggested that if I wanted to buy the diamond from someone else and bring it to him that would be fine. He's not in the diamond business but did a search for me and in the end actually found a perfect diamond at a great price from someone he knew in the industry. Not to mention the fact that his prices are extremely fair! Having looked at plenty of ring settings and prices his quote was almost equivalent to those at other places that aren't custom made! Once we had agreed on a design in just 3 weeks he was done! The ring came out absolutely perfect and exactly as he had described it would. He actually ended up adding 4 extra diamonds in the band and he didn't even charge me extra for them! Not to mention, every time I went back to him he would even remember my name. Needless to say my fiancé completely loved the ring! She said it was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. I have already recommended Brahim to a friend who's getting engaged soon and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for custom jewelry. Brahim was an absolute pleasure to work for, guarantees all his work at no extra charge and delivers nothing but quality product. 5 Stars! UPDATE: I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didn't quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize...no questions asked! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with! Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot!

All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. Check out the picture below.and you will see what a great job they did helping me to replace this very important piece of jewelry that never came off my finger for nearly 35 years. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I was very sad when I first reached out to them, but they may be very happy with the quality of product that they created from scratch. Check out the picture below for proof.
