As a first-time buyer, I truly appreciated the time he took to educate me on the history, movement, and details of the piece. I left feeling confident and well informed, not pressured. Since then, I've stopped in a few times, and Dave is always welcoming, happy to talk watches, and generous with his knowledge. On days he wasn't available, the rest of the team has been equally professional and accommodating. Lucas was excellent as well -- he took the time to walk me through several Rolex models and clearly explain the differences between them. He is always very welcoming and I look forward to working with him as well. I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship and, hopefully, purchasing my first Rolex when the call comes in. - JM

Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!

Some of the most helpful and honest people in the coin and bullion space. Watched them sit down with several customers who wanted to invest heavily into precious metals and they received a consultation that was so thorough and helpful and allowed them to make good wise decisions on their investment. They have people there that cover the entire gambit of coins, bullion, and all things collectible. We currently live in a time where you do not get that kind of customer service and everybody is in it for the dollar but with these guys I was genuinely shocked to see how much time and effort they spent to give any and all information to the buyers so they could make the best decision for them financially and situationally. Some of the most top-notch product people in service I have witnessed in a very long time. Period to anybody local or from far away I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
