Brought in my sister's ring from the 50's. It was mangled from my vacuum. It is now beautiful and being passed to our grand niece! Thank you so much for making us an heirloom! read more

I had a great experience with Robert's Jewelers. The clasp on my gold chain broke, and they did an excellent job fixing it. The repair came out great, the price was very reasonable, and they had it done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Robert's Jewelers! read more

I recommend Robert's Jewelers without hesitation. I've been in several times and love the inventory. I've had some repairs and resizing done there. The prices are fair and the turnaround is fast. I've purchased several pieces from the sister store in Lowell, so I know Robert's new owner, Mamadou, well. He is honest, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Hours are convenient and he is always there during regular hours. I'm thinking of getting some nice earrings soon and I'll definitely go to Robert's for them. read more

As a happy past customer of Robert's Jewelers, and knowing it had changed hands, I wanted to continue my business with the neighborhood store. I was so happily reassured when my husband and I entered the store and were pleasantly greeted by the new owner. Everything was beautifully displayed, still a very lovely store. I began telling the reason for my visit. Four months ago my diamond fell out of the setting while returning from a vacation. Always hoping I would find it, but so far no luck. So on Tuesday when my husband said let's go replace it I was very happy! The owner gave us a fair price and said it would be ready soon. We had no idea that we would get the call later that same day! We went back this morning to pick it up! It is beautiful! I encourage you to visit Robert's Jewelers to see for yourself! read more

Dropped off a chain that needed repair. Told to wait a week but, due to husband being hospitalized, I didn't return for the chain for an extra week. Now, despite his daily hours saying the store is OPEN as well as several red glowing neon signs saying OPEN, the store has been closed for 3 solid days. No sign, no phone message explaining...JUST CLOSED. I understand that he might be closed due to illness or other emergency...BUT LEAVE A SIGN or PHONE MESSAGE to let people know. Instead...NOTHING. read more

Brought a very precious ring that was my Dads to be sized to fit me. They were very friendly and professional and did it same day calling right when it was done. And on top of that I needed them to make it a bit smaller and they did it for me without any questions or further charges. Very thankful. read more

Robert's jewelers are not returning my calls to pick up a piece of jewelry I left over a month ago. Everything I show up, the handwritten sign has a different set of hours. When I come back during those hours, store is closed and a new set of hours is put up. I just want my jewelry back. read more

I had a solid gold pendant and solid gold rings along with some diamond ring worth about 2500$ he gave me $250 worth of store credit I should have thought it through but I got taken by that man read more

I actually just Googled Robert's Jewelers to see if they were open. So surprised to not see fabulous reviews. I have used them for over 27 years now for EVERYTHING! They have done all different sorts of work, rings sizing, jewelry repair (necklace) and I have bought a lot of different things from Robert's. I also yearly have my wedding set checked (prongs). There is not another jeweler that I would EVER leave my wedding set with. They are professional, pleasant and fair. I also need to add the I have sold gold with Robert's. Miscellaneous either broken, or missing earring sets. I have always been very happy with transactions. read more

Wouldn't recommend for any work on your rings... First time the guy resized my ring he left a dark brown mark on the inside of the band where he cut it. The second time (last week) he sized my wedding band for the first time and engagement ring again. This time he put metal that had indents in it on my band and forgot to put the rhodium on the engagement ring which left it brass colored. He kept the bands to fix them. When I picked them up the wedding band still has visible indents and the engagement ring is not symmetrical, mich thinner on the back part of the band. Unbelievable. Never again. Over priced for just a bad job. The owner is very nice though. read more

Robert's Jewelers - Engagement ring is visibly brass colored. My rings are both white gold!!! - Jewelry Near Me - Dracut, Massachusetts

Purchased a few things from here when I first moved to Dracut 4 years ago, fine experience. Went there a year and half ago to get my watch battery replaced for $25 for my Movado everything was fine as well . Went in there yesterday to get the battery replaced again and was told the battery replacement is $45. I've never heard of a battery replacement costing that much. I luckily still have my receipt to prove that I paid $25 but the owner insisted that he doesn't charge that much for a battery replacement. I'm no longer going here for jewelry or repair/replacements. read more

I inherited a platinum diamond and sapphire ring from my grandmother. The ring means the world to me. It required sizing because I have small fingers. It is a fragile ring with embedded sapphires so it was not an easy ring to size. I went to Robert's Jewelers and was immediately comfortable dealing with them. They not only sized the ring but they also built up the shank with additional Platinum to strengthen it. Their work was outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Roberts Jewelers to anyone buying or repairing jewelry. They are a great local jeweler. read more

I asked my husband to get my white gold diamond necklace repaired because a link had broken right near the clasp. He brought it to Robert's Jewelers and it has been nothing but a headache since he dropped it off. Firstly, the owner kept putting off the date of when the repair would be complete; closing the store randomly, avoiding phone calls, and saying he was out for a family emergency. Finally, after many attempts, my husband got the necklace back, but NOT in the state that we gave it to the jeweler. The necklace we dropped off was in pristine shape, aside from the one broken link near the clasp... Well, when it was returned to us, the white gold setting that holds the diamonds was visibly darker. Upon further inspection, the white gold appeared to be blackened from some sort of burn. Parts of the chain, and also the clasp, had black burn marks on them that wouldn't come off with soap, water, or jewelry cleaner. The worst part was that about eight links towards the pendant part of the necklace (NOT the link that was broken originally near the clasp) were all fused together in one long, hard, metal clump. To say I was furious was an understatement. I decided to bring it to a reputable jewelry store to hopefully fix what he had done, and after assessing the damage, they suggested I bill the jeweler who tried to "repair" this necklace because the damage he did was irreversible. Luckily, the diamonds are unharmed and still intact, but I had to purchase an entire new white gold chain to replace the one he burned and melted. The diamond pendant needs to be re-plated because of the burn damage. Now on top of the repair costs my husband paid to Robert's Jewelers, I'm out another $170 to replace the chain and have the pendant repaired. I'd be willing to take down or edit my review if he covered all costs associated with the damage he caused, but judging by the way he normally handles business (ie: just not responding to customers or avoiding them altogether), we won't be seeing any money from him. read more

Great fast, friendly and honest service! Prices are honest and generous and match the product value. That's based on my personal opinion and experience but go and see for yourself then you be the judge. read more

I had my ring resized here and when I picked it up I saw that they thinned the band, A LOT. I said that it looks like it could easily break. Then, I was told that I could have it thickened, if that's what I wanted. I didn't even ask how much THAT would cost. Be weary when going here.  I hope they are not profiting from removing gold off of their customers jewelry. I didn't think that I would have any problems here, based on their high reviews. I will not go back or recommend them. read more

The owners were very helpful with my fiancé picking out his wedding band. We found a Cobalt band he liked at another local jeweler (that we usually go to). They were able to get the same band for him for less money, and had it ordered to his size and at the shop within a week! Very pleasant to work with. And I love that we were able to give business to a local "mom-n-pop" shop! read more

Got a great price on a ring repair job (new prongs). The price was almost half that of the mall jewelers and the repair work came out great. I would highly recommend. read more
