I had the privilege of working directly with Jeff Bouvier who was able to help me find my fiancés dream wedding band and diamond. After I decided to move forward with the ring, I didn't realize the amount of communication I would have with Jeff up until the engagement and afterwards. Jeff followed up with me the night after the engagement asking me how everything went with our night and if she was 100% in love with it. The ring was exactly what she wanted but I messed up a little on the wedding band size. The following weekend, Jeff met my fiancé in Boston while I was traveling and met her at the location that would size her ring correctly.. Both my fiancé and myself were blown away. We will 10000% be recommending family/friends to Bouvier Jewelers in the future.

My husband had his grandfather's wedding band from 1943, which needed to be resized and plated. I wasn't sure it could be done in time, but Jeff was great! He met me at his shop (opened just for me) on a Sunday morning and said he could finish it by the end of the week. Even with a huge snow storm, Jeff got it done by Thursday (we left Saturday). He even met me during off business hours on Thursday night so I could pick up the ring. The ring is stunning! Bouvier is a great local and family owned place, which I highly recommend. I'm so grateful to them!
