Several months later, I wanted to get my watch working again but didn't want to travel to Dover, so I searched for a local watch repair shop and found Zemainian Jewelers in Seabrook. I explained to Mr. Zemainian that the battery had already been replaced and that I was convinced the watch needed repair. Instead of assuming the previous diagnosis was correct, he took the time to inspect the watch himself. He removed the back, checked everything over, and replaced the battery again just to verify it wasn't the issue. To my surprise, moments later he handed me my watch--and it was running perfectly! His honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to double-check something others had already ruled out saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. I highly recommend Zemainian Jewelers for anyone needing watch repair. It's refreshing to find someone who takes the time to diagnose the problem correctly and puts the customer's best interests first. I'll definitely be returning for any future jewelry or watch needs.
