The exact same spot broke the very next day. We called and were told, "No problem--bring it back in." But when I returned, the owner--without even examining it up close--claimed it was a "different area" and demanded another $35. He was rude, condescending, and completely dismissive. Given the number of similar negative reviews, this clearly isn't an isolated incident. When the owner inevitably responds with excuses or denials, please be assured: this is EXACTLY what happened.
