He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs. They have helped me add more laptops to my studio while still on a budget by building me a refurbished unit. More recently I had an error message come up on my laptop and before I clicked anything I called them up to tell them what the message said and how I should handle it. I was told I would have to bring the laptop in for them to work on. They were able to save the hard drive and I was already sent up for automatic backups with them so everything was safe. I did have to buy a new laptop with the help of the nerds on what I should be looking for. I then dropped the new laptop off with them and they got everything up and loaded on it for me with all my old "stuff" so I was ready to go. I highly recommend using them for any IT!
