(A real grandfather's clock in this case) Dave was very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to work issues on my end twice. And called to confirm before our scheduled appointment. He expertly evaluated the clock, went over the works to clean and lubricate, and then got it started. In the process he pointed out many items of interest and showed me how to deal with 'out of beat' issues, and gaining or losing time. The clock has been ticking along now for 10 days, and Dave even called me today to check in on the clock and my 'health'. They will get my recommendation every time.

Lindsay F. Brookline, MA…read more I have literally never had such a wonderful experience with any kind of business or repair service. I have a Tagheuer watch that I bought in 2015 that I wear everyday. It began to stop and start. I decided to look for someone local to fix it, instead of sending it back to the company in New Jersey. Yuri came to my house and picked up the watch the day I called him!!! Three days later, he delivered a perfectly running watch and charged a very reasonable price. He carefully explained to me what had been wrong. Yuri was a total delight to work with and does fabulous work in a short period of time. And pick-up and delivery as well. What a joy after all the struggles I've had with impersonal repair people who don't really care about you. I highly recommend him.
