This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. The staff in Bellmans are the real gems. They are friendly and professional without being insistent. I wish there was a Bellmans in Naples! Maybe one day!? Love this store!

I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! Recently we had occasion to visit Pearson's to attempt to get a repair on a twenty-five year old…read morewatch that had been broken at a mall kiosk while the technician there was trying to change the battery. The salesman honestly discouraged us from getting a repair, and made an attractive offer on a new watch, however my wife felt the watch was precious to her and sought to have it repaired. After a couple of weeks, the store manager contacted her to tell her their jeweler had told him the watch wasn't worth repairing. She asked him to try again. He sent it to another jeweler, who told him he couldn't get parts for it. Although she is disappointed with the verdict of the jewelers who worked on her watch, we are both convinced that Pearson's gave her request serious effort and she is now satisfied that she cannot have a precious gift repaired. While she's sad, she is satisfied that every effort was made. We can't ask for more. The watches and jewelry in this shop were high quality fine work. We'd recommend them for the quality of their merchandise and their low pressure approach to customers and conscientious service.

I don't miss the ring. it puts a sort of smirk on my face, thinking about Jewelry and how people think it's a good investment, when in fact you will never get even close to the spot price on any piece. Chances are you'll lose your platinum band at the beach, or whatever. you'd be better off to buy a gold nugget on eBay than what you think is valuable. this place is a step up from the lead and cadmium gold clad jewelry of Zales at the mall, that's why you get one star, out of 5.

Upon walking in the store there was no greeting or acknowledgement that I was even there. I proceeded to head to the back of the store and waited by the register. There were two employees working. A male who was helping an elderly couple look for a gift and a women who was ringing a customer out. I stood at the register for 10-15 minutes and no one said anything. They continued to help customers they were with but could have excused themselves and say how can I help you or we will be right with you. Jewelry sales is a long process just like car buying and if you already bought something online you should feel like you were a valued customer. The associates were so focused on their sales and now lost a customer who has been with Kay's for awhile. I asked the lady once she was done with her customer if I was in the right spot to just pick something up and she said I think these customers were before you. I told her I was just picking something up but would wait by the desk. The next customers were also browsing rings which takes a long time. I was just trying to pick one small item up. This particular Kays needs better customer service and should value their customers especially the ones who made a purchase. They should not be so focused on making commission and ignoring guests that already purchased something. You should not have to wait 20 plus minutes to pick a online order up. A third employee looks like came back from break and helped me grab my item and she was pleasant. Would not recommend this location at all.

We had a generous budget, and were not disappointed. I also want to add that this store is very relaxed, but 100 percent professional. Chantelle brings buying jewelry to a new level of actual fun and pleasure to adventuring through items. There was no hurry, and she was very helpful and accommodating. Staff at this location was always friendly and helpful too. They have on site jewelers for sizing, repairs, etc...it is a full blown lab where you can watch what they are doing as well.
