He had only 3 guys to move my things, one had difficulties walking. But it gets worse. I was unable to go to with them to the storage unit, and when I finally got there 3 days later, there were open bins clothes on the floor a broken vase and my desk had scratches all over the top. Nothing got damaged, and they took care to lay furniture pads all over the floors to ensure no mess was left behind. They worked very hard and did not waste any time. They asked John where he would like things put when they came off the truck. All of them are very friendly, courteous and professional. I can't say anything about cost because John is the one that hired them, but what I do know is that I was there for a few of John's conversations with Ken on the phone and that he was very pleased with their service.

Terrible, 100% awful. Charged me for an hour of travel time (half hour each way) morning of move…read morewithout prior indication, not including travel time from the job. The two helpers he brought were very nice, but one was a young teenager in a longsleeve black sweatshirt and the other was an older gentleman that physically could not do the work. Took over an hour to park just in front of my apartment, wound up hitting my neighbors car twice, then tried to charge me for the hour of him attempting to park while other two just stood around. Took out a sign in front of my home, then threatened to leave all my belongings on the ground outside my home because walking items up to the 3rd floor was too hard. (Of course it is, which is why I hired movers!) I told him I wasn't paying unless all my stuff was upstairs. He finally called the police and they refused to come out for the civil matter. He finally agreed to take everything upstairs if I gave him $1000 cash and he had to have one of my neighbors help him because his "workers" couldn't. I said I would absolutely not do cash because I don't trust him so I went to get a cashiers check and he still insisted on half in cash so I got receipts. One day later (today) I notice a large, deep scratch on my tv. I message him because my stuff was supposedly insured. He told me making false claims is a crime and to not text him anymore because he's going to the cops with my harassment. They damaged several pieces of furniture badly. They said it would be 100 for travel expenses and charged me 150. This was the first time I ever hired a moving company and didn't research very well.
