They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

They asked John where he would like things put when they came off the truck. All of them are very friendly, courteous and professional. Box labeled Bedroom 2 was in storage. Boxes In bedroom labeled "kitchen" etc A box marked FRAGILE contained ceramic bowls carefully wrapped in plastic were broken. When I complained was told the breakage wasn't to be reimbursed as I didn't take their insurance. I was never told about insurance. They left behind two chair mats, a 4x5 braided rug and mat. They did not replace the door they removed to make room for taking bigger items through the door and did not leave me the pins for hinges. No recommendation except: don't hire Preferred Movers.

Took over an hour to park just in front of my apartment, wound up hitting my neighbors car twice, then tried to charge me for the hour of him attempting to park while other two just stood around. Took out a sign in front of my home, then threatened to leave all my belongings on the ground outside my home because walking items up to the 3rd floor was too hard. (Of course it is, which is why I hired movers!) I told him I wasn't paying unless all my stuff was upstairs. He finally called the police and they refused to come out for the civil matter. He finally agreed to take everything upstairs if I gave him $1000 cash and he had to have one of my neighbors help him because his "workers" couldn't. I said I would absolutely not do cash because I don't trust him so I went to get a cashiers check and he still insisted on half in cash so I got receipts. One day later (today) I notice a large, deep scratch on my tv. I message him because my stuff was supposedly insured. He told me making false claims is a crime and to not text him anymore because he's going to the cops with my harassment.
