GO ANYWHERE ELSE for your boat cover. Stay away. I'm speaking purely from my experience with a…read moreboat cover they made for me. All I wanted was for the old cover that was worn to be reproduced. They insisted on redesigning the cover. When I showed up to pick up the cover and my boat they tried to charge me more money than the originally agreed upon price. Glad I had it in writing. Their new design did not work well, had ponding of water. They did offer to fix it, but that required leaving the boat with them again, which was a significant amount of driving for me and killed the rest of my boating season. After they "fixed" the cover, I was disappointed to discover that they did not modify it so it matched the design of my original cover. They only added a couple more snap poles in the corners which are very difficult to put into place. In addition, they stole two of my original cover poles and vents for reasons that baffle me and have not returned them. You have been warned.

We were thinking of replacing the flooring with new engineered hardwood or having the flooring professionally refinished. After weighing both options we decided to have the floors refinished, ripping up the existing flooring and replacing it ended up being much too costly! We started looking for floor refinishing companies and one company stood out among all the ones that we checked out and it was "Grgurovic Hardwood Floors"!We were impressed with their Hepa Filtration Refinishing process and after watching a short YouTube clip on their website, we were sold! Paul the owner was great at scheduling the job and communicating via text messages and phone calls! Paul, Ivan and his crew arrived on time to start the job on the scheduled morning! We also had Grgurovic Hardwood Floors replace all the carpeting in our bedrooms with matching red oak flooring and it flowed seamlessly throughout the house and was stained to look like white oak flooring and then finished with two coats of matte sealer! Paul and Ivan were also very detail oriented and respectful of our home! We were extremely happy with the results, so if you're looking to have your hardwood floors refinished look no further than Grgurovic Hardwood Floors!

We absolutely love our new hardwood floors. Paul and his crew did an exceptional job. We couldn't…read morehave asked for more. We had the original 24 year old vinyl flooring in the open kitchen and bathroom/laundry (including the 1/4" underlayment). We also had carpet in a sitting room. Total area for new flooring was about 560 sq. ft. All of that was removed without any damage at all. We went with white oak to match what we already had in the foyer/hallway and adjacent dining room. Our existing hardwood was 2.25" wide (we kept that as is; didn't replace it), but we wanted wider 3.25" for the new hardwood. There were a lot of cuts to be made in the kitchen, but the workmanship was so good that you can't see any seams/gaps. A nice tight installation. Every room and closet was perfect. The new hardwood was snugly fit along every inch of all baseboards and under all door casings. The old/existing hardwood floors were refinished to perfectly match the new floors. Paul applied samples of four Bona stains that we selected to the new floor and then sealed them with Bona Intense sealer so that we could visualize the true colors in the room. We opted for Bona Nutmeg stain. The Bona Intense sealer makes the color of the stain come out more...richer tone. Then he applied Bona Traffic HD water-based finish, satin sheen. The job took 5-6 days. Paul also asked if we wanted to replace the dark brown metal floor registers with white oak registers that sit flush with the floor. That was a great idea that we had not even considered. Makes a big difference in the appearance. Paul provided the estimates mid-November, but we didn't want to have the job done until February. During that time, we exchanged numerous emails. Paul was very responsive each and every time and communication was clear. He and his crew are very professional and friendly. They are also very neat...never a mess or any debris left behind. It's a messy job, but the air filters really minimize any dust issues. We chose Paul over another person due to the great reviews he had and he seemed to be more personable and easier to work with. He seemed to be more of a craftsman and not just an installer. Great attention to detail. We definitely chose the right person for the job. We will definitely use him for any future flooring needs and would strongly recommend him to family and friends.

Unfortunately the work and effort did not meet expectations. From all the dealings with the owner…read moreI was led to believe I was hiring the owner and his company/employee(s) to complete my work. After the flooring was delivered and carpeting was taken out he never showed up. He said he had phone calls and photos to keep track. The person doing the work I was informed was a 'jobber' or contractor; they did not work for the company. For such an expensive job, if the company wasn't doing the work I'd expect regular 'inspections' in person as a photo can be misleading. When the work was completed all I heard was they wanted immediate payment (no final inspection) and after seeing the final work I understood because the work was done but not to the contract and not to what I would call 'reasonable' standards. I did see the work in progress not being done as agreed, but where the owner wasn't there and the way the work was underway in a less than desirable way (and ripping it out made less sense), I didn't complain or stop the work to the contractor as I'm sure the person I was paying would have charged me again to start over. Now I have to 'fix' parts that are just not right. One specific area to highlight is the actual flooring. The owner came to the house and measured it with a laser. I know when doing the work you don't want to run out and have to stop, but he bought a significant amount in excess (two full boxes plus many additional feet) that I had to pay for (and I expect overhead) and now have flooring I don't need. If he truly knows his work I'd expect a much closer estimate or he buys back extra full boxes to show good will (based on his apparent poor estimation). He also got wood with the wrong finish. He said he'd return it but that would have made a significant delay. I guess to try to justify the mistake (it's a drastic difference between the floors), he said what he bought was better. I was not there when all the work was being done, (I was in and out roughly half the days) but don't think the homeowner should have to oversee the job to ensure it meets the contract or expected quality. One specific item I'll point out; the company's correspondence normally has a statement "Our superior quality and customer satisfaction is guaranteed!". I was not satisfied for most aspects and I definitely don't feel the work was superior quality, at best average. When I pointed out that the work didn't follow what was put in writing he came back with what I would call excuses but to me they were backward and illogical, either way, I was not satisfied and he expected payment for work not done to what he put in writing. Again, how can he 'argue' when he never set foot at the work location during any of the actual work or after completion. These are my experiences and thoughts. I was asked to provide his name to a friend in the area but will not. When working with the government years ago, I would have rated this 'Do not recommend.'.
