Stan came over, saw my situation and right away knew exactly what I want. He saw that it was very narrow and said he can make it a little wider. Well, I got a couple of other quotes from others and I knew after that Stan was the right guy for the job. His numbers are very reasonable and I can tell he knew what he was doing. What I especially liked was that Greg acted as a design consultant with the colors. It is my first first home so I needed reassurance. I was apprehensive about buying an historic home, but I have great confidence in Greg and his team as we proceed with all that needs to be done. The other thing I like is that I don't have to research other tradesmen, ie electricians, plumbers etc. Greg has sources that he works with and so I know I am hiring the best.
