I paid $3,200 and it was installed after waiting. When we turned it on the heater failed to work. We notified Jeff's and he demanded $127 for a service call!!!! Our family is cold. There are only two reasons the heater does not work- It is obvious that either the unit is defective or the installation not done correctly. We went to the store and they had a lot of choices and we chose the one we believe we had to put. The time frame was approximately a month and the installer arrived exactly the date we agreed. He finished the job, he did good job. However, a small accident happened with the glue his partner used, he left some marks on the floor where it was impossible to remove using products like GooGone. I had to call him and he replaced those with the marks. So, I have to say that now I am ok with the result.
