Any sub-contractors are fully supervised and corrected as necessary. For example, our countertop contractors were balking at how tight a radius some of the corners were planned to be, the owner of KRB got them to remove the countertops again and buy the right tooling to cut the planned corner radius. From the moment I walked in, I felt like nobody wanted to talk or work with me. I spoke with someone (purposely not naming names) who pacified my time there. I had a specific vision for what I was looking for and was disappointed in what he showed me. He told me they could work with my design and that they would text me and email me some information and I would be able to text pictures of my current bathrooms and we could get started from there. It has been over a week and I have received zero follow up. No text. No email. Nothing. I tried to call the store and the owner answered. I didn't know he was the owner and I tried to ask for a manager or someone who I could follow up with. I was told he was the manager and he was with a customer and I could call back. Didn't offer to let me speak to someone else in the store. Didn't offer to get my info and call me back. So, clearly I was dismissed again, so now I am done. I guess if you don't walk in wearing diamonds and clearly displaying your bank account balances, your money isn't good enough there. Not sure what you have to do to be taken seriously enough to get some follow up. But the owner seems like quite a jerk. Follow up is everything for a small business. If you're looking for proactive people who want to help you with a bathroom remodel, or remodels in my case, keep looking.
