They even suggested that we check out the Methuen store to see other items on display. That went horribly (see my other review) but we came back to Exeter. Despite being residential customers, we still felt welcome. Salespeople were not pushy but eager to help - even postponing their own lunch at one point. And they went out of their way to make sure we had the right items. They even told us about an extra countertop they had in the warehouse that could save us money! We love our new vanity and would definitely recommend them!

Of course everyone needs help!! This isn't Home Depot where things are sitting in boxes for the taking. Well she was absolutely no help. All she had to offer was that it can't be done. Well it can be. We went to another kitchen store and they were more than happy to work with us. Came back with very specific measurements that they told us to get and we suddenly had options. I would never go back to ANY Frank Webb Home store. Customer service and the eagerness to help potential buyers get through stressful projects needs to be their focus. They should stick with their supply stores and not waste their time trying to get into the customer service business.

Buyer beware....Company will not support their products…read more $50K of cabinets never abused by buyers...Cabinets have been chipping/peeling since day one. Company has repainted once but it's time to do it again(although you should never be in this situation). Company decided not to support any further work on my cabinets which pushed me over the edge to publish this review. Company repainted once as they recognized the severity of the situation and now it's time to do it AGAIN! They say NO. Pictures speak for themselves...I'm embarrassed to have Advanced Custom Cabinets in my house and will share with others! Do not buy from Custom Advanced Cabinets in Brentwood, NH. Update as of 11/21/10:…read more Per my last paragraph I'm amending my review to update it to 5 stars. All the details are finalized and the fit/finish is fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Although it looks like the Yelp over zealous filter struck another one of my reviews....this one. If you are reading this, I am not a robot!!! ******************************************************* Ok, this deserves some background... I had been looking at remodeling my kitchen for about 2 years before finally pulling the trigger and deciding to invest in the upgrade. Remodeling a kitchen I learned (or any other part of your house I guess) is daunting and I wanted to make sure I was ready for it. Bottom line: 1. I'm happy I decided to do so and 2. I'm really happy I went with Advanced Custom (more on this later). My kitchen was in rough shape, the previous owners didn't take good care of the original wood flooring and the linoleum counter tops were coming up at the edges and just plain outdated. The main goal was to redo the cabinets (wish I had snapped pics of the before cabinets) as they were falling apart at the seams...errr hinges. When I first began my search for a someone to do the work I went straight to the web. I found a couple potential suitors and talked to most of them including ACC. When I called ACC I ended up talking to the owner on several occasions as he explained the process, options I had, pricing, timetable, etc. he also provided samples, look books, throughout the entire process. ACC wasn't the only place I was considering but I had the best interaction with them and their price point was on target for what I wanted done. I did however come to Yelp and saw their lone review and inquired about it. Wayne was upfront in addressing this and apparently the woman who wrote the review purchased her cabinets from a different owner of ACC 5+ years ago, but has since been extended the option to fix the issue. This comforted me and I decided to go with ACC. Part of what I really liked and appreciated in the whole process was the benefit of using their customization -- I had unlimited choices of wood and finish. For instance, I was able to color match the stain color on my red birch wood with the gloss on the finish to exactly what looked the best. One of the potential hurdles that caused me the most stress was the beams on my ceiling and vent ducting along a section of the wall where the cabinets were to go. There ended up being no issues as the guys were able to customize to make it work and look perfect. Everyone at ACC was pleasant and easy to work with, from Wayne to the installers and all those in between --They all get my recommendation. I'm only giving 4 stars as of now because there is still some alignments, tweaks and hardware to be installed (door pulls). Once everything is in and finished with I'll come back to amend this review.

The women working there are bored and contemptuous. We bought a slab, which we picked after looking…read moreat slabs in 3 different states and we found the perfect one here. I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Two stars because the installers did a great job and were polite and professional.
