They were always incredibly respectful of the rest of our home, keeping it clean, minimizing disruption to our lives and even picking up the work site each day. They were meticulous from the planning stage to the excavation through the construction and right down to getting the putty colors right (4 different colors) in the sliding door threshold! The level of communication, detail and care they put into this project amazed me every day. The result is a beautiful new, sunny room overlooking our lake with a fabulous gym below. L&M is more expensive than others, but you can't beat the quality of their work and their professionalism. I can't wait to have them do my next project.
