This was a fairly large project - they tore down our three-season porch and built a two-story addition. They were always incredibly respectful of the rest of our home, keeping it clean, minimizing disruption to our lives and even picking up the work site each day. They were meticulous from the planning stage to the excavation through the construction and right down to getting the putty colors right (4 different colors) in the sliding door threshold! The level of communication, detail and care they put into this project amazed me every day. The result is a beautiful new, sunny room overlooking our lake with a fabulous gym below. L&M is more expensive than others, but you can't beat the quality of their work and their professionalism. I can't wait to have them do my next project.

Contractor estimated 3 days and the work took approximately 3 weeks. No one has come out for the punch list items after Tom said he would send someone out about 2 weeks ago. No paperwork was provided with the sliding door- so no manufacturer warranty. We don't expect any further contact.
