We ended up firing them and finishing the work ourselves due to many of the same issues mentioned in the other reviews: poor workmanship, taking too much money up front for things that were not completed when they were supposed to be (and we never got the money we overpaid back), really messy while doing the work and then not cleaning up properly, and poor communication once we expressed concerns about the work. Overall, the experience was terrible and their work unacceptable.
