When I went to grave to visit on Saturday Dec. 12th . I discovered to my dismay that the Wreath that I paid $55 for had dried out. I took the wreath back to Steve's and spoke to the person in charge regarding the dried out wreath. His response was it was dried out by the sun and walked away. I asked him if they were going to do anything about the wreath he said NO and to get out of the store otherwise he would call the police. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also they do not stand behind the products.

And it's bigger than I expected, with the main shop on the first floor and then an upstairs area selling books, a room for magick items, and space for readings. The candle collection is lovely and picked up an exquisite vetiver and tonka candle. I also bought the most perfect piece of amethyst.
