Your employees condoned a woman to harass and intimidate my 4yr old niece in your store today. Earlier my sister and I, along with her daughter. My sister being a frequent shopper of Savers. Our kids love the toys. We were in the toy isle, my niece 4ft away from us, she crouches down to look at a toy on bottom shelf. There was also another woman in the isle. An older woman, in her late 50's early 60's. All of a sudden we hear a shout, and my niece starts crying. The woman must have not noticed my niece crouching in plain sight, the lady tripped over my niece causing herself to fall, knocking my niece over onto the floor and landed on top of her. My sister quickly picked our hurt girl up, tried calming her, gave her hugs & kisses. My sister, holding a crying child, apologized and offered to help the woman up, which she harshly declined hastily. The woman proceeded to berate with anger, shouting, blaming a 4yr old little girl and scaring her. YOU NEED TO WATCH YOUR KID", "I'M A GRANDMOTHER, SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THERE", "LOOK AT ME I'M HURT" (holds up unscathed hands) I COULD HAVE BROKEN A BONE". Your employees tended to only the woman making the scene, practically stepping over the hysterically crying toddler like she didn't even matter. My niece was not running around crazy and knocked this woman over. This woman tripped over my niece. She wasn't looking where she was going and fell. Would one not assume there might be children in the toy isle looking at toys? The rest of our time shopping there, we could hear this woman's ranting about my niece throughout the whole store, and if we had to pass by her, she'd lock eyes on my niece angrily causing her to cry again. That was it, we'd had enough of being publicly harassed. We start towards the door. From a distance and in other aisles, we still hear loud & hateful garbage pouring out of her mouth aimed towards my sister and her little girl. And your employees entertained her accusations. Two store employees waltzed up to Godzilla, my niece still crying mind you, and asked with the deepest concern if the old woman was okay, if she needs any help or a first aid kid. Not one employee acknowledged my crying niece or asked if she's okay or hurt or anything after a fully grown woman fell on top of her as if she were a human safety net. Not one person, employee or customer stepped in while this woman publicly berated us. Nobody did anything to calm this woman down. You all stood by and let a woman verbally abuse us. She scared my 4yr niece. We felt so intimidated we had to leave. Good to know you all condone bullying. read more
