Prices have gone way up. And with a musty, old store and mediocre service at best, it just doesn't make sense to donate there or shop there!

Not anymore! The store is organized by color and the article of clothing. Makes shopping easy if you have a specific thing youa re looking for (ex. jean skirt) or by color but I find it better to organize by size. There were a few interesting finds on the floor such as Ugg boots, Hunter boots, name brand clothing. Stocked stoor! Clean. Lots of employees working to keep up with the commotion. Downstairs has home goods, toys, etc... I think maybe they art shouldn't be near the toys (see my photo.) But that's just my opinion. I can share I thought it was the best Good will that I have been to for: 1. displaying books 2. wall art (a lot of self painted canvases) I left with a cute little picture of a ghost on a swing. It was $7.99 which I did think was a little high but I just liked it so much I couldn't resist.

Clothes from every era, furniture that looks like it's been through a custody battle, and shelves packed with random objects that make you wonder who owned them and what went wrong. Variety? Absolutely. Purpose? Debatable. This location does seem a little too proud of some of its merchandise. A few price tags had me doing a double take, like... relax. This is still donated stuff. We're not at Sotheby's. It's an indoor yard sale with fluorescent lighting -- let's keep the pricing humble. Organization is loose at best. Racks are packed, shelves are chaotic, and finding anything specific feels less like shopping and more like rummaging through someone's basement while they're watching you. But honestly, that's kind of the deal. If it were tidy, it wouldn't feel authentic. It'd just feel wrong. You might find something great. You might leave with nothing but dust on your hands and questions about humanity. Either way, three stars feels fair.

They…read morerandomly close sections when they are pissed at employees who are responsible for said sections (the Book area was closed for several months because apparently the employee who was supposed to organize it didn't satisfy the owner). Today half of the store was sectioned off and unavailable, limiting their stock to less than half of what they have. Signs say that this is due to "reorganization", but employees have no information as to when it will be opened up and shoppers can only look at half of the store across barricaded pathways. I've never been at a store that can't manage inventory reorganization during off hours, especially given the amount of store closures this location has due to staff meetings (which I've also never seen a retail store be closed for). It's super frustrating that the store can't get their act together. Every "improvement" comes at the cost of customer convenience. It's honestly like the owner has never worked in a retail environment before. I keep trying to find things to like about this store, as it used to be one of my absolute favorites. Needless to say, they're making it incredibly hard to find reasons to come here. Side note: the staff are the only redeeming aspect of the store.

Prices are high--even for incomplete items--and there's a serious lack of transparency. I recently looked at a used LEGO set marked "mostly complete." Priced at 25$. When I asked for details, I was told someone counted the pieces, but they refused to share how many were counted or what was actually included. Instead, I got a dismissive comment by the manager about how it sells for more on eBay?? If someone actually counted the pieces, why not be honest and mention it in the description? Is it 100 pieces missing or just 10-20? That's a big difference, and buyers deserve clarity if I'm going to spend 25$ on it. Worse, when I asked questions, the staff were rude and defensive, showing no interest in helping or being honest. It's disappointing and frustrating to be treated that way--especially by a place that claims to serve the community. I'm done. After years of supporting this store, I won't be going back. I won't support rude people who don't care about the community or the customers who make their work possible. I'm starting to question whether this is truly a non-profit store anymore. It feels like their focus has shifted to making profits rather than serving the community in need
