They do have regular discount days but that would require multiple visits to get the thing you spot on the discount day for that grouping. Interesting variety of items in many categories. I hope someone can convince the managers to get sales moving. They have a lot of inventory, which is a good thing and could be making more money for their cause. If they just put the thrift back into their thrift store this could be one of the best of its kind in the area!

Just sold the place over Labor Day, and the furnishings helped me close the deal. They're the perfect combination of not-too-fancy but add-warmth that I like. In addition to the furniture, the service is great. They referred me to a moving service that moved big, heavy furniture in driving rain with good humor and success. I'll be coming back soon!

Prices are high--even for incomplete items--and there's a serious lack of transparency. I recently looked at a used LEGO set marked "mostly complete." Priced at 25$. When I asked for details, I was told someone counted the pieces, but they refused to share how many were counted or what was actually included. Instead, I got a dismissive comment by the manager about how it sells for more on eBay?? If someone actually counted the pieces, why not be honest and mention it in the description? Is it 100 pieces missing or just 10-20? That's a big difference, and buyers deserve clarity if I'm going to spend 25$ on it. Worse, when I asked questions, the staff were rude and defensive, showing no interest in helping or being honest. It's disappointing and frustrating to be treated that way--especially by a place that claims to serve the community. I'm done. After years of supporting this store, I won't be going back. I won't support rude people who don't care about the community or the customers who make their work possible. I'm starting to question whether this is truly a non-profit store anymore. She worked hard with her team the week of the sale getting the house set up and items priced. She did a wonderful job and we were able to sell almost all of our furniture and many other items as well. The whole process was easy from start to finish and Annette was very responsive to texts and calls if we had questions. She does great job with advertising as we had people waiting outside our house at 7:30 am for a 9:00 am start time, and it was busy all day. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of estate sales services.

It can be a bit of a mess in the hallways but I guess that's the allure of antiques. The sellers are all rather friendly and will talk about anything antiques, even if you're just browsing (though I ended up with a vintage cookbook). It's a more chill environment, as the sellers all socialize with each other. There's one seller that specializes in paintings as well as Asian art. Some sellers will negotiate, as they go through a lot of goods. Nice spot to go for a browse if you're in the area. The operating hours outside of Saturdays can be spotty.
