You can definitely shop on a budget still and have a little bit of everything per the season we are in. My experience with the shirts and hoodies are they DO shrink, regardless of the type of cycle i set it to. YMMV. The pants, so many of them are Button style crotch, instead of zippers so that's a no go for me. HVAC works well in there it was cool, you can hear the system blaring. read more

I love Primark. Their low prices and good quality of clothes makes it a great shopping destination. The quality is good for casual wear, it is definitely not comparable to high end fashion but for day to day wear, casual clothes around the house or for inexpensive options, this is not a bad place to stop. I was in the area on my way to Montreal and I decided to check out this store since I had not been before. The weather in Montreal was going to be cool and rainy, so I said....maybe I should get something a bit more in tune with the Canadian climate. The store was ample and well organized. The prices at all Primark stores have gone up since the pandemic, but still, they are a good deal compared to other discount stores in the region. Lines for checkout are long....but again....it's a place for bargains, so people expect that. read more

I was not familiar with this store, so I looked it up. It's a chain out of the UK with headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. It just celebrated its 50th anniversary, and it has 9 stores in the northeast US. I enjoyed going through this store. It's well laid out, it has a nice inventory, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Also, it doesn't have that "overwhelming" feel (he says after having to dodge yet more "cologne ladies" vying for your attention at you-know-where at the other end of the mall). It also looks like the deals are right there, rather than like some other clothing chains with unnaturally high list prices and "fantastic" deals to tell you just how much money you (supposedly) saved. I have suggested that the signage at Primark could be greatly improved; Have more defined signs, such as, "sneakers, scarfs, socks, etc. " instead of walking around in circles for so long looking for items.... It has plenty of space and could use better directions once in there shopping. A sign for 'sweaters,' should include adult, teens, instead of having all the sweaters stacked together on the display tables - separate by sex and ages. Too much walking around looking for certain items, gets very tiring very quickly. Or have a separate section for "teens" with all the items they could review - all in one specified area would be a huge help. Items are scattered over the areas; and a section for "novelty" printed t-shirts and shorts in certain area, etc. A better layout would be a big help and make shopping a better experience. I hate to shop as much as the next guy. I want to get in and out of a store as quickly as I can with little hassle as possible. Department stores make me feel queasy, especially after looking at some of the price tags. But PRIMARK is different and you can feel the concept is not fully American almost immediately. Easy to locate price tags everywhere, rollable shopping carts, plugs for your phone to charge while you wait for someone to come out of the changing room. This is an actual experience I can get behind that is enjoyable. The prices.....my God, it's like getting new clothes at a yard sale, but in a good way. My mouth opens agape when I walk by a table of t-shirts listed for $1.90. Under $10 shoes at times, sweaters for $3 when on sale.....I realize they make profit on volume but this is outrageous. It's Old Navy on steroids. The men's selections have been great and I find something I like on every trip. I even got the courage to wander into the home section and found an Apple lighting charger for under $5 I liked. Unfortunately, it broke after two days and I exchanged it with no hassle at all. I've been here a couple times during the course of a few days. They are a really large department store that caters to all types of clothing. Men's, women's, children and they also have some home items. I think it really depends on what you're looking for as to if they will have anything for you. I'm kinda an athletic t-shirts/shorts kind of guy (thinking brands like Nike, Under Armour, etc) which they really didn't have. That being said, my wife's son, who likes to dress a little more business casual made a haul while visiting here. He was able to get a couple of nice business coats and dress shirts, plus a few pairs of pants, a belt and a few other items... all for about $80. Quality seems like it's pretty good and he hasn't been having any issues with it. They do have some Boston college apparel as well as make up and other items. The store seems well organized and stocked and the staff were friendly. If you're at the mall, it would be worth your time checking these guys out. read more

All in all I like this store and will shop here every few months but I don't go out of my way to come here. The store is super spacious and plenty of room to walk around and browse. I've bought several different items and can rate them as I've had them for awhile now. Basic tops & leggings - I would steer clear. They are cheap, but very thin and after 2 or 3 wears, you see a tiny hole. Jackets, sweaters, and jeans - Quality is pretty good and they have many cute trendy designs (even saw some Ariana Grande merch here). Lingerie & bras - Love the quality and variety! I've had this push up bra for 2 years and it's almost identical in looks and the way it feels to the $60 bombshell bra from Victoria's Secret. Also, socks are a great find here! Makeup & hair accessories - I would only get name brand makeup as I've heard (but haven't tried) Primark brand isn't the best. They have a lot of cute jewelry, accessories, and makeup bags. It has everything from womens & mens clothing, but also a kid section plus a home area, night wear, beauty, shoes, accessories. It's unbelievable. Great value for what you buy. This is a huge store. I can browse here for a good hour or so. They have a lot of basics like T-shirts, tanks, dresses etc. Most of the items are under $10. I'm not sure how the quality will hold up though. They have a lot of accessories and jewelry as well. The store instantly made me want to go on a Spree but after staying focused I grabbed the suitcases and got in line... Having been told from many people that the clothes while YES, trendy & cheap... All I can say is thank you for opening in Burlington, Primark!! In response to a previous reviewer's concerns on sizing, please remember that Americans use vanity sizing and that this is a U.K. brand. You're basically going to want to add a size or two onto you're regular fit (IE if you're a 4 in American tops, a 6 or 8 is probably a better fit). For pants I would add one size on top of your usual. The fitting rooms are there if you are unsure! All in all this is an amazing store, very open so you're not stuck between other shoppers very often, I actually thought the selection here was on par with if not superior to Boston's. For the most part, you can't shop at brand name stores anymore and walk out with a bag full of clothes without breaking the bank! Primark is the answer to all this, they are very very cheap and have everything you would need (besides food). I wanted to buy dress shirts, but they have it all packaged up, so I couldn't just rip it open to try it on. Turns out, you can actually try out already unpackaged shirts in the fitting room, just gotta ask them. Although...the guy said I was a slim fit, he should've looked at me from the side view. Loved this store! I wish there was one in Florida near me. I waited to complete this review until I wore out what clothes I purchased. I mostly purchased shoes and some swim wear and accessories. The sizing is weird. I purchased all the same size (large) and the pair of shorts and pajamas I bought fit but then the swim cover ups I bought are too small. I also bought a one piece bathing suit and it is too big in the chest area but fits everywhere else. I did not have time to try everything on. There is one coverup I bought that was a medium and it fits perfectly. The shoes are great for being so inexpensive. The most I spent on a pair of shoes was 15 dollars. A couple of slip in shoes have stretched out a bit after a couple wears but I did not expect them to last forever at 7 dollars. Cute shop... like a cuter and not weird forever 21. read more

What a different and new, upcoming department store. I saw the sign from this place while walking into Sears, and was curious. In these days it seems that retail stores are only closing and online retail is continuing to expand. With that said though, this is a new and upcoming retail store that is bright, flashy and "modern-ish". Not particularly my style, but it offers a lot, and everything is super CHEAP. While I cannot comment on the quality of anything, most of the stuff they sold looked somewhat decent. Then again, if you aren't spending much don't expect something to last forever. The style of things here is alright, sort of "cheesy" for my taste; however, for the young adult crowd and the even kids, it could be a good place to go. It was very organized, clean and well stocked, and the prices were great, so I will give them that. Registers are hidden way away in the back of the store, and the only entrance and exit is the mall. No escalators down to Sears (sort of seems like a fire hazard but whatever). Good place to check out if you have the time. You'll either be pleasantly surprised or disappointed, but it's worth the shot. I have mixed feelings on this place, and think 3 stars is completely accurate. read more

Oh -MY we need this store in Rhode Island , while being in Burlington Mall I thought this store was going to be expensive but WOAH this store has such cheap prices for amazing things. I can't believe it I got pants for 2.00 and got a dress raincoat for 11.00! This store is huge and has everything and anything you need. The prices are beyond amazing , they have woman's , men's , kids , shoes , home , undergarments , accessories Suitcases and all. This is just like a Nordstrom but on the cheap level , I will be traveling to get to this store as often as I can. They even have a charging station for your phone. I have been shopping this store since they opened. The store is usually well staffed, clean with a great variety of product. They are following all the Covid Guidelines to keep it's shoppers healthy. There are some great discounts for men going on today - 10/22/20. Some dress pants are marked down from $25 to $10 --- great deal! My only complaint about this store today is that they have 19 cashier stations available - but only 3 cashiers on. I saw at least 10 employees walking the floor - they should be crossed train to help the over worked cashiers working this day. I counted 26 people/families waiting to cash out and it took over 20 minutes to cash out. I certainly understand times have changed - but they are doing business - they need to be better managed. A time when retailers are closing the doors -appreciate the patronage and get more efficient! read more

I love Primark as a brand and love the Boston location, but this location is terrible. Don't shop at this location unless you are an XS or an S. That's it. I went through the whole store & could find anything in women's that was higher then that. Maybe they just hadn't put stock out or sold out of everything M & up. But for everything? Ps If ur interested in Primarks legendary Harry Potter line, this location also doesn't have that either. Throughly disappointing experience, will not be going back. I was so disgusted by the treatment of customers by the staff walking around, I was walking into the dressing room to try on a couple of items I was planning on buying. I also had a pair of sunglasses that I was going to purchase and brought them into the dressing room with me. I didn't know that this was a problem because many employees had already seen me with them, carrying them into the fitting area. Then some woman grabbed me by the arms and started screaming "excuse me" right into my ear. I didn't know what I had done and before I got the chance to answer the lady had scraped the glasses out of my hands and threw them on the ground breaking them. She said you're not allowed to bring these in the dressing room. I said ok mam I'm very sorry and she went ok to say whatever. Very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. read more

Nice, clean layout in the store. Well stocked. Prices are extremely low. Purchased lipsticks at 90¢. Tshirts for $4. Puffer coat for $13. Fancy pocketbook for $10. Friendly staff and very helpful too. Many cashiers at check out, so no long lines. Dressing rooms are in a corner of the store, and staff was constantly cleaning up the piles of clothing tried and left behind by customers. Loved the soft furnishings and purchased a comforter for $21. Also picked a holiday gift box w mug that had chalkboard paint & chalk, very cute. Great values at this store. read more
