The prices are higher than what I like to spend for kids stuff, but they're in line with other boutique style shops and they carry high quality products. It's not somewhere I would go for an entire wardrobe but I consistently buy gifts here. But it's their customer service that really gets me. The staff here is so incredibly helpful. One staffer here not only measured shoes for me while we were on the phone to make sure I was buying the right size, but she also texted me pictures of everything they had in stock in the size I needed. Then when I couldn't find parking she ran my purchase out to the curb for me so I wouldn't have to schlep my two kids in at the height of COVID. They really go above and beyond here!

This is a high-end children's store where you pay good money for items. I live out of state and was visiting my inlaws who live in town, so store credit is of little use to me. I purchased a pair of mittens that didn't end up working for my little one, went to return them not even 24 hours later, THEN was informed of the return policy. They have lost any future business i would have given them along with my local family's. The upside of this shop is that their selection of goods is adorable and of good quality. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help. Happy shopping and CHOOSE WISELY!!

However…read moreshe heard my story about my nephews 4th birthday wish for some Starwars Angrybirds pants ( that i discovered are out of production ) and even though she was super busy and i could tell it was true. She took my name and number and said she would look when she got a chance. I really appreciate that because i live in danvers and driving there for nothing would have been a bummer, but i didnt even tell her where i was coming from, she did it out of kindness. Now keep in mind i have called a bunch of thrift stores looking for these pants and most said i would have to look myself and some just said no without a care or a second thought.....lol. But Mary took the time to try and help me, and i really appreciate that. She even kept my name and put the pants on a wish list so if they came in she would call. If thats not great American customer service i dont what is, I also left a review for the rowley location because i had a good experience there as well. and when i saw the low reviews i felt the need to help and tell my story.

This is literally the best-curated kid's store I've ever been to. A ton of books, including a lot I hadn't seen in stores before before but that were classics or classic-adjacent. Cute clothes, cute toys, just everything you could ask for. And the layout of the shop is so good too!! Lots of great little clusters of related items. One nice bonus is like, yeah, it's not cheap kid's stuff, but you also have a million books at list price to choose from. So if you're burnt out on KPT prices, you can get great souvenirs at the same price you'd pay at home. Honestly 10/10, no notes, I would definitely come back if I was ever in the state (even if I were just going to Portland).

Just call or email and they will make sure to tell you when they are open. I say this because I noticed a 1 star review and love this store. It's just all that more special when it's open. Wonderful service and great clothing and great deals on off season sales. The best part is the adorable children clothing. I adore this store! It is located one street over from Main, on busy North Ave, sandwiched between…read morethe Diner and a dance studio. It opened in the summer and has been quite a hit. A big, thoughtfully decorated window invites one in where you will find a divine collection of childrens' clothing, accessories, books, toys and other items bound to delight any youngster. The selection is good without being overwhelming and while more pricey than, say, Walmart or similar stores, I think you get excellent value for what you are getting. Some of the lines they carry come from England and are just adorable. And it isn't just for girls - I have got things for my now almost 2 year old nephew which were original and charming. In the back by the check out area, there is a display of some lovely jewelry, bags, and other pretty things for Mom or Grandma too. Or in my case, Auntie! I got two beautiful necklaces and some earrings on my first visit. The owner and her mother run it together and both are just delightful. I've had some excellent conversations there while checking out. Young mothers with babies are often to be found there and it is a warm and welcoming place. They often have sales and weather permitting a table of interesting items outside. Whether you are shopping for a new baby or a five year old, you will find something here that is unique, well made and just what you didn't know you were looking for. Check it out! You will be very glad you did.
