Dave, from Jackson shows up, takes a look, and "Sure, we can fix this, no problem. 2 weeks later, Dave is back with the "unavailable" part, and 2 hours later he's done. Fireplace work great, it was like he was never here, except that the fireplace worked. He also fixed a problem with the external vent being to close to the clapboard siding. "Who Knew?' Dave did. When you call Jackson, insist on Dave. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and an attention to detail that impressed even me, and I can be a little OCD.

We landed on the Kozy Heat Oakport gas stove which is modern and efficient and warms us right up. Installation was a breeze because JFP handled everything, including a new chimney through the roof. I used to go in with one idea and leave with a cart overstuffed with what would become a whole new garden. On my last visit I only bought a pair of gloves... Beautiful displays of healthy roses and hydrangeas used to grace the front welcoming in the coastal summer... this year- lots of empty ceramic pots and anemic 4th of July plant displays that look reminiscent of Lowe's. So far Gardener's Supply has managed to ruin in a short time what used to be an excellent nursery. Gardeners don't want more of the same that they can get everwhere else...
