They truly did not go out of their way to make me feel welcome or assist me. I originally went in for 2 items but found a bunch of other items to purchase. I grabbed my sizes of the 15 items but while I was in the dressing room trying on items, I realized I needed smaller sizes. I was the only shopper in the store and I could hear the 3 staff members chatting away. Not one staff came in the dressing room to ask if I needed anything. I was in there for at least 25 minutes trying on clothes. I got dressed, went out to get the sizes, they were still chatting at the desk. Not one of them asked if they could help. I tried on the new sizes and decided not to purchase anything else except the 2 items that I needed. I did not want to boost the store's sales one bit! Also, I saw the leggings were on sale online but I was not given the sale price. Better off to shop online or a different Athleta store with better management and staff that appreciate customers and the store!

I'm glad for the option to buy online but the process of returning can be a hassle and I wanted to see things in person and try them on. The sales staff seemed pretty meh though. More interested in their personal conversations than in helping out. They also felt overstaffed so that compounded the challenge. And it surprised me that they wouldn't have considered more re-opening promotions as well to "start up again" strong. But that could be a function of juggling online and in-person sales strategies simultaneously.

I was soooo impressed when I walked in here. It's been a couple years since I have come in here…read more The store is pretty big with a huge selection of clothes. They also had a good selection of nick nacks, kitchen stuff, furniture & all that other stuff out back. I was very impressed with their prices. I visited another goodwill store back in April down the street & was very disappointing as their prices were very expensive & they hardly had anything in their store. This is the store to go to!!! I went in hoping that they may have had some Pyrex for sale but didn't find any but walked out with a cat litter box, dish drying pad, old fashion travel iron and a plastic dog food container. The pet stuff I actually got for my Mom's dog & cat. I went in with my friend who was looking for some sheets for his camper bed & he walked out with this super cute small desk & chair for his daughter & a dresser for himself. Those were also reasonably priced. There was a little line that moved kinda slow. There were only 2 cashiers working. I believe they have to manually punch in the prices (I can't remember...lol) so that can make things a little slow.....so don't be in a hurry when stopping in here. In the past I've actually dropped off some donations which was very easy. They had bins on the side of the building that you drop your stuff off in or you could walk it inside next to the bins & drop it off in there. Real quick process.
