It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. All was not lost as Sylvia was helping us and offered several different options for my mom to try. She was super helpful, even helping my mom get the shoes on and lacing them up. I can't remember the last time I've seen that level of assistance in a shoe store. She was absolutely fantastic with my mom, answering questions and even showing her a special way of lacing her sneakers to help prevent heel slippage. My mom ended up getting two pairs of shoes that she said were so comfortable, and raved about Sylvia to the woman at the register. I took a star off as I'm a size 11ish and can rarely find shoes that fit me-most shoes only had sizes up to 10 available, but I'm so glad my mom had such a great experience today.

Did you know that 80% of the people who wear bras wear the wrong size? The woman who helped me and sized me and found me the perfect size and style, Diana, is AMAZING! I had no idea how off my size was and she fitted me with the proper size. When I tell you I felt like a new woman, I am not exaggerating. My tops looked instantly better, I got almost an inch of lift, and my posture was much better. It was a total game changer, and now I will be going every year to get sized and to purchase bras there. The prices for the bras are a bit $, but they are worth it. I will no longer buy cheap, ill-fitting bras after this experience. Diana was saying it is a good idea to get fit each year because your size can change over the years. She mentioned a year is a good rule of thumb because bras will start to wear as you wear them and wash them. She gave me proper instructions for washing and care. I fully believe this is an investment you should budget if you are able. I never knew that having a properly-sized bra could make a world of difference. I was not hunting anything in particular today BUT I was met with a great find when I was waiting in the checkout line-- a DryBar Beach Bender Waver, for $56! When I looked the hair tool up on Google, it still showed as full price at other stores, so of course I HAD TO GET IT. I was so excited to use it, it was the first thing I did when I got home. Works perfectly & gives the most beautiful waves. Anyways, back to actually reviewing the store. You never know what you're gonna find at Marshall's.
